My experience here was unpleasant, walked in. There was no pastas only a few slices of Pizza and it was only 730, the gentleman behind the counter.n Had no way of greeting me or anything, just a blank face? Sbarro is really a hit or miss for me. The pizza can be really good or really ordinary. Depends on when you get to it. If you get an entire pie made then it will be good. However, if you get a slice that’s been in the glass for a while it will be ordinary. All in all I think it’s a pretty solid place for a quick slice. But the price you pay is not worth it. $11 for a single slice of pizza is diabolical.

Went to this establishment to get some crazy stromboli it had been three days since I at . The lord forgive me but I tried . I tried to understand how the combo thing works and the lead worker was very upset . Then she turns to the young cook and tell her she needs to make a stromboli spinach and she makes a lot of faces . I might be wrong it didn’t seem as if that wasn’t a happy to make it. Then it gets to a moment like oh my God so I walk off and came back to high intense for me . I went back in after ordering my daughter food from okome where it was friendly and happy . So got my order in and kindly told the lady I’m your friend not your enemy . So I told her to have a blessed day and all I want is everyone to be happy. As I was waiting outside For my food, she kindly bought my food to me, which she didn’t have to do. I think the Lord Jesus Christ that everything went better at the end. We don’t fight against flesh and blood, but against the principalities of this world, it was the adversary entering the worker and myself. God is good.

How is this place in business?! TEN DOLLARS for ONE SLICE of pizza no bigger than the slices you get at Costco. Yeah, only idiots or people with no concept of money would pay that. I’ve been in major league ballparks with pizza cheaper than this. Incredulous!

Bought 2 slices of pizza here (veggie and pepperoni) the menu screen is not on, and charged me $22.72 in total. The server told me they increase the price from $7.06 to nearly $11 a slice. If I know the price before I order, I would rather purchase a whole pizza. Not recommended!

Rude staff, terrible communication amongst employees. Took them 40 minutes to make 1 pizza (there was so rush). I work costumer service I understand things happen, however the staff here handled it very poorly. 0/10 would not recommend!

Came in and asked for a slice of pepperoni for my kid. The lady at the counter said they were making more and it would be out of the oven in 10 minutes. I left to shop and came back 20 minutes later, asked how much longer for the pepperoni and if i could just pay now and wait for it (as it still wasn’t on the counter display) she said they didnt have any and had to make more. I reminded her that she just talked to me 20 minutes ago and said they were waiting for it to come out of the oven… she just shrugged and said it would be about half an hour now because they had to make it. Mind you the store was completely empty both times I went in so they were by no means slammed. Took my son to panda express across the way.

Came in for one slice because the sign said $4.99 for one regular slice. I ordered a slice of pepperoni and it was $11! I said isn’t it $4.99? She said she would have to cut my slice in half to be $4.99. But the picture shows a regular whole slice. I wouldn’t have got this if I knew that.

The two girls who served me were so kind and cheerful!
Not only did they serve me my food fresh and hot, one of them made me laugh so much and the other was so sweet and gave me an extra ranch for my toss salad! Definitely would recommend this spot for a friend.
On the negative side, it’s really hot in there so hopefully they fix that soon.

Very poor customer service! Server/cashier not friendly at all. Slice portion was small even though the cost of EACH slice was $9.93, so two slices of cheese pizza plus tax was $20.75. Don’t think I’ll be back — at least to that location.
