We each ordered from our apps as we had a mobile TMobile coupon. The app wouldn’t take our credit cards . I tried three different credit cards. I went inside to order it and they said they couldn’t take the mobile coupon because I didn’t have a six digit code. I would have to contact customer support. So, we spent another 20 minutes in the parking lot trying to get it worked out. The many charges never went through and we left hungry. Hubby went back the next day and it still wouldn’t work. I don’t like BK at all and now we neither one will go back.

I rarely go to BK anymore unless they have the Italian Chicken Sandwich, and I usually get two. The ones I had at this location were absolute perfection, and the staff were friendly and helpful! I’ll definitely come back whenever my business brings me back to the area, so long I can get those delicious sandwiches again!

There was no cheese on my double whoppers, there was also one drip of ketchup and mayo. I was told to do a review for a free whopper…I am so unsatisfied that I don’t care to have another whopper from this Burger King again. Tracie was nice but the cook and she should have both listened and done better… I’d hope that they aren’t that preserving of funds to give what someone pays for. Also please put salt on fries if no salt is not asked for.

First off there was an employee & another individual standing in the drive thru having a conversation, which totally thru me off & proceeded to move out of drive way but stayed by the ordering platform talking, while i placed my order. It made for an uncomfortable experience trying to place my order. Then the menu board kept going in and out making it difficult to read. Furthermore, the board was falsely advertising things that the staff claimed were no longer available.. then why is it still listed on your menu board? Lastly, the Customer service is horrible! No thank you, have a nice day or come again, just threw my bag in my hand with a sour look and shut the window. Rude!! Just rude & unfriendly.

It’s Burger King… I got what I expected as I usually do from them. Nothing over the top but nothing really wrong. Bacon on the cheeseburger was particularly tasty this time but the fries were a little old albeit still edible & completely fine with some ketchup. Staff was polite and the place wasn’t as cold as usual. Good visit overall.

The girls working inside were very nice but the older female manager was nasty. Instead of helping all she did was complain about our order, we could here her from our car talking about our huge order. After pulling away we noticed that they left something out of the order. The drive thru was packed and they had no service inside because of covid, so I walked up to the drive thru to get our stuff and the Mgr. Was yelling at me because I didn’t have my car. The was a joke, this is the Mgr. Nice way to show your young workers how to treat paying customers. I will go to McDonald’s next time. I spoke to the owner and he was very nice. We will continue to stop at this restaurant.
