I’ll ensure how many stars to give y’all because your nighttime shift is awesome but your daytime people really suck. The food is never fresh. They’re not friendly. They are slow. They don’t greet you. They don’t even follow what they’re supposed to say in the drive-through. This is like the closest fast food restaurant to my house easy convenient, but I’m fixing to stop coming, which is frequently because I’m sick of the crappy service and crappy food. I might still come at night time Just because I love being served by the friendly Cajun lady. It makes my day every time she is there And the only time that I ever received good service during the day is when she’s there covering somebody’s shift that called out

We went through the drive through and ordered multiple items. They asked us to pull in the parking lot and they would bring us our food fresh. The chicken fries that were for my daughter were okay but my chicken sandwich was old with clumped up chunks and oily mayo on it. It was not edible. The staff here are very friendly, however the food leaves little to be desired. Kind of gross!

2 stars because the staff were reasonably kind, but this is the darkest, coldest, nastiest burger king ive ever been to. Order was missing items, some items cold in the middle, bun stale. Had to go up to the counter and ask for missing/wrong items twice, to which the staff was very kind and helpful. Not sure if I just went on a bad day or what, but the employees were stressed, despite the restaurant being completely empty. I won’t be frequenting this location any time soon. No heating and the lighting is dim and flickers.

Went in specifically for the Monster Menu with the Franken- Candy sundae — NO ICE CREAM WHATSOEVER!!! My grand daughter very disappointed!!! We left without ordering. If you are rolling out a special Halloween items, make sure your equipment can deliver!!!

Placed a dine in order, sat and waited 15 minutes for it to be ready. Finally after going up front and saying something they gave me my food right away and of course there was no sauce with my nuggets. No apology or attempt to fix situation. Stay away from this location!!! I placed a dine in and they put it in the bag. No attention to detail or customer service and I paid my hard earned money to come here!!!

I ordered my family’s food at the drive-thru. My total came to over $30.00. We wanted to try the new melts. When I got to my destination, I opened the bag and was sickened by what the food looked like.
I think a child could have made the food look more appealing. LOL
Not only was my entire order wrong, I took one bite and into the trash it went.
I guess you could say that my trashcan had a nice lunch.
Not sure why the food at this Burger King, has went to the trash.
Definitely will choose another fast food chain next time and save myself over $30.00

The young man working the drive-thru was very friendly and courteous. Even asked me if I’d like a crown to take home to my kids. Food was great too!

Hit and miss. More often than not, the food is not as fresh as it should be. Fast food is already of lower quality, so when it’s not fresh, it nasty. I find that this location tends to “forget” to put requested items or even meals in the bag.

It’s Burger King… I got what I expected as I usually do from them. Nothing over the top but nothing really wrong. Bacon on the cheeseburger was particularly tasty this time but the fries were a little old albeit still edible & completely fine with some ketchup. Staff was polite and the place wasn’t as cold as usual. Good visit overall.
