The level of incompetent I received tonight is unreal. I ordered a triple whopper meal with extra cheese as pickles. When I made it home I had three pieces of meat, bacon and no cheese. I took the sandwich back and they remade it only to get a burger made the EXACT same way but this time they decided to put tomatoes on it. At that point I was scared to even take it back. This location needs to be retrained and restaffed. This is absolutely unacceptable. This could be the last place on earth to eat and I will never come back

Honestly, I don’t eat BK too much but had a little cheat day and grabbed a sandwich. For one, the manager Claudia is terrible. There were some unwarranted Micro aggressions hat was honestly uncalled for. I’m not surprised at this just sharing my experience. The food didn’t look too good either. I ordered something that from some point set to expire soon. Something malfunctioned or Claudia simply made an error but too prideful to admit it and they needed up giving me my item free. (Which is what the code signifies) after the nasty treatment I decided to not even eat but I did take a pic. It honestly looks terrible. This was a complete waste of time with terrible management and nasty food. I’d try another location because this is NOT IT.
I do want to say there was a really nice guy at the register who tried to help. I wish I got his name but if he reads this he will know lol I made it clear she was a total “female dog” and sorry he has to endure a shift with her.

Came to this location on 6/4/25 at 11:11. Placed my order online, as I’m picking up my order the Hispanic female worker hands me my drink I realize it had ice, I told her if I could get it with no ice, she tells me “it doesn’t say that on the ticket” I look at the ticket and indeed I put “no ice” on the drink, it wasn’t my fault she made a mistake yet she gave me and attitude, as she refills my large drink that I paid $2.99 for she fills it half way. I’m like whatever and drive off. This location has horrible managers, including one that goes by Jody who once refused to take a coupon I was planning on using. This location does have a good manager with excellent customer service skills, I don’t know her name but she’s a young white female, If she’s there I know I’m gonna have a good experience at this BK location, otherwise nothing but nasty attitudes.

I ordered the number 2 combo meal – Texas Double Whopper. The jalapeños added a nice kick to the sandwich. After that, I ordered a classic oreo shake. The food was just okay. Nothing worth coming back for. While it wasn’t busy, the service, however, was a little slower than expected. If I’m in the area again, I’ll try the other BurgerKing just down the road.

Writing this review for Marvin who took my order when I stopped to grab lunch yesterday. He was such a sweetheart. Great customer service and very pleasant. Terrific job young man! Keep up the good work. 5 stars to him.

Okay so me and my 69yr old military vet mom go through the drive-thru and we pacifically asked for no lettuce or cheese because my mom is allergic. They put everything on the burger. The man working the drive-through started arguing with my mom saying she didn’t say no lettuce or cheese which we did because she’s allergic. I will never come to this establishment again.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just had to for this experience. This is one of the worst BKs in GA. Food was barely warm and everything was drenched in Mayo. And the attitude of the people was terrible, made me pull around with no one behind me. Probably to spit in my food without me seeing. I’ll NEVER go here again. This might have actually made me never want to go to a BK again. Shame on this location and DISGUSTING food.

Manager was screaming over the mic I ordered online still waited on my food then when I got home kids were missing drinks … sauces not packed half fries and half onion rings missing … basically don’t go unless your willing to wait and still be given half your food worst BK needs new management or better training
