E.P. & L.P. is West Hollywoods favorite Restaurant, Rooftop Bar & Cinema that has been overlooking the Sunset Strip with spectacular views of the Hollywood hills since 2015. Our rooftop is one of the largest format roof decks in LA, serving tasty bites and hand-crafted cocktails daily until 2am. Enjoy a sunset, a pre-dinner drink or have a late night feast and under the LA stars any day of the week. Our second floor restaurant BOMBO is a modern celebration of Mexican cuisine, serving an array of delicious eats and agave based drinks Wednesday through Sunday, 6pm till late. Our rooftop cinema Melrose Rooftop Theatre is a much loved love cinema, open nightly for new releases and classic cult hits.

The Holly Jolly Christmas Bar at E.P & L.P is a complete disappointment. I do not recommend it at all; it is a waste of money and not worth it for the decoration, the food, or the overall experience.
The decoration is very basic and completely different from what they advertise on social media. There are boxes stacked among the decorations, everything looks dusty and poorly maintained, and there is nothing special about it. If you are looking for a place to take photos, this is not it: the few available spaces have tables placed in the way, and the paper covering the tables features images of women in bikinis, beers, or other designs that have absolutely nothing to do with the Christmas theme.
The food is very simple, nothing extraordinary. As for the drinks, the hot chocolate looks nothing like what is promoted. You are served a small plastic cup with marshmallows, which is extremely basic and far below expectations.
The service was not terrible, but it was not good either. The staff is not particularly attentive or proactive; there is a clear lack of energy, enthusiasm, and engagement for a place that sells itself as a festive “experience.”
If you are thinking about going, don’t do it. In our case, we paid $125.00 for a table for two, which was completely wasted. We left feeling disappointed and, despite having a 90-minute reservation, we stayed only 50 minutes because it simply was not worth staying any longer.

I visited during the Christmas holiday season and purchased a ticket that included entry and a drink. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and the menu was extremely limited—only three or four drinks and about three food items were available. When we asked the server, we were told that was the full menu, yet the table next to us was served different food.
The server did not return to check on us, and we had to look for her just to get our check. Overall, the experience was not worth the price. The drinks were underwhelming, and the cost did not match the quality or service. I will not be returning during the Christmas holiday season.

Stopped by on a weekday and really enjoyed it! The rooftop was super chill, music was solid, and the food and appetizers were actually really good — not just your typical bar bites.
Only heads-up: bring your physical ID. They don’t take photo or digital versions. One of our friends had to walk all the way back to the car to grab theirs.
Besides that, it’s a great spot to hang. We’ll be back!

Came here on a weekday for a networking event and was pleasantly surprised by the nice view, fun drinks and good service of the rooftop bar. We used some tables and high tops and it was perfect for 20 or so of us.
The drinks were good and so was the food, I tried the chips and guac and it was very fresh and reasonably priced. Would come back again!

The service was very bad. We asked to exchange a margarita cocktail because it didn’t taste right. They tasted it and said it was just the flavor, and then charged us $17 for an extra shot, which is the same price as a full cocktail.

The vibe and atmosphere of this place is beautiful with amazing view. We went for the brunch, the menu is very small and the food we chose was decent and affordable. The drinks were good and very cute. 8/10 recommend for a nice but chill outing.

We are looking for a cute rooftop spot for a drink and light bite while we wait for our dinner reservation at 6:00. And found this is a cute spot online.
Unfortunately they had screen covers covering all the walls, I imagine for the chiller weather in the evening, although it did harper the indoor outdoor appeal of being on a rooftop. Nonetheless we still enjoyed our time, I loved my Mezcal drink, I ordered “where love lives.” I love the vibe, lots of plants and really nice view of the Hollywood hills. Great spot for a sunny outdoor vibe.

Oh my gosh this place was so much fun! I was invited to a RuPaul party where we roller skated most of the night. They had great food served. The drinks were tasty the bartenders were very attentive and the wait staff was also very attentive. I would love to go back here and bring a few friends that like to roller skate! I’m not sure about parking but I did street park for 2 hours at a time.
