I’m not someone who normally leaves negative reviews — I usually praise good service — but this location has been consistently disappointing. They just launched the SpongeBob promotion and within only a few days they were already out of the featured items like tots and pies. On several visits, I’ve even been told they don’t have basic menu items like burgers. The lobby is often locked, and the drive-thru wait can be anywhere from 20–45 minutes for a simple order. I really have lost hope in management turning this place around because it’s gotten worse every time I’ve tried to give them another chance and it’s only gone more downhill over the passed 2 years.

I keep giving Burger King another chance because I know the franchise is a good one but this location is consistently disappointing and declining, which is almost not possible. Each time I go there, there is some kind of a problem with the wrong order, with waiting in line without any acknowledgments, and multiple times the store not even being open during business hours. This time I waited in line for 11 minutes at the drive-thru. Don’t ask me why I allowed that amount of time to go by, but I did. I was never even acknowledged. Saw the person in front of me and leave without even going to the windows and that should have been my first clue. Drove by to the front of the store by the second window and saw five employees standing there talking. So I went back around to the drive-thru and I let the other people in line know that no one’s willing to really take any orders at this time. So I turned around and went to Wendy’s where the food is fresh, the staff is consistently courteous and friendly, each time guaranteed. Things happen in general, mistakes and such and that’s why I don’t give bad reviews unless it’s warranted time after time like the Cyndi Lauper song. Get it together BK Okatie!

Even tho I shun eating fast food and I rarely eat it at all!! I just am mystified on how this place stays in business ♀️ Usually whenever I show up, there’s maybe 1 or more cars in line. And they appear understaffed. Sometimes they’re completely closed without prior warning!! The service is usually slow!! This restaurant or the franchise issues coupons, which they may or may not accept!! Because of COVID, the dining room, which I’ve always found cold and uninviting, was usually locked up. On one occasion, I wanted their wonderful soft serve ice cream and, as usual, I was given a difficult time about it by a crew member, but, luckily received it gratis!! Smh It’s high time for an overhaul, Burger King b4 you go out of business for good!!

Absolutely do not give your money to this establishment. Obviously, I have low standards for cheap drive thru food but my breakfast sandwich was missing the egg and cheese. I tried to get a refund and was told my online account would be suspended. For $10, a croissant with a piece of sausage is literally criminal. Don’t mess with a pregnant woman’s breakfast yall. DO NOT GO HERE.

I am disgusted and appalled at the service i experienced at Baylor Brook Dr, Bluffton, SC 29909. I ordered door dash that came up to $47.00 (Royal Three). When I received my order I received a small fry and whopper Jr. I called the washer who told me they were messing up orders all night. I proceed to call the store to let them know what happen. A young man answer the phone I explained him what happen he proceeds to tell me “well you come get it then” in a very rude tone so I asked if he was talking to me he said “yea come get it” I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional he was. While I was asking for a manager he put the phone down and I can hear him and 3 other young men in the background shouting obscene languages and laughing in the background ignoring my call. I have been a customer of burger king for years my kids enjoy it but I will not be supporting this business anymore. Not only do I have to now wait on a refund my kids have to wait even longer. I would hope this email will get you guys to look into the nasty horrible service at this location. And to address those disrespectful unprofessional young men.

It had been ages since I had BK and we were exhausted from doing deliveries and pick ups for our Christmas Mission. The staff was fast and friendly and honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever had such hot and fresh food from a BK before.

Not a big fast food eater but sometimes you get the hankering for a BK burger! Oh for this one I sent a note to corporate about the franchise owner. I’m sorry, but you’re in the food service business and you keep a pig sty for a restaurant. I don’t care if it’s fine dining or fast food chain, you keep your place clean. Bathrooms were so disgusting, I won’t describe what I saw (I gagged). The dining area had debris on the floor, the beverage machine exploded from the fountain when I tried to pour a Dr Pepper. (The counter girl knew and apologized but how about an out of service sign so I didn’t get soda all over me?). The whopper junior was eh, why did I waste my calories, especially on the 3 day old hard bun. Will not be back until I know a new franchisee is in place. Really bad.

The last two times we’ve tried to come here, no one has bothered to answer at the drive thru for 10+ min of waiting, despite visiting during normal business hours, so we just ended up leaving without ordering. They also don’t answer the phone, and service is terrible whenever we’ve actually been able to order anyway.

I’ve been to this location multiple times over several months at all times of the day. Only the drive through operates and the lobby is ALWAYS closed. The drive threw speed will depend on if the workers came in to work. This store is in need of new management or should be shut down.

Great service food was hot I see there is a new manager here spoke with him he’s trying to get the staff together he was very respectful and cares about the business he will to make it a right and better place for everyone to enjoy thank you sir Derrick it was a great service and conversation meeting you my team enjoyed everything and we will be back again
