The past month this locations quality has really dropped off. Drive through wait times have gotten much longer. I usually mobile order my food and the last several times i’ve gone there have been missing or incorrect items in my order. Prices keep going up and my orders are never correct. Really hope this can get fixed because when the food is made right and nothing is forgotten in my order it’s really good.

Food was decent but customer service is sub par. Customers in the lobby are non existent to the staff working, and it takes about a half hour to get your order. When trying to explain to the staff that my wife’s cinnamon delight things were cold when we got our order, we were met with staff that seemed confused, and didn’t understand or make any sense. Food is good but customer service needs a revamp
