First time coming to this restaurant and it was AMAZING! The food was delicious and the ambiance was dark & chill . Catey our waiter was very friendly and attentive. We ordered salad, fries, snapper fish, BBQ ribs, burger and dessert. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend for first time and we really liked it, the food was perfect, steak was cooked perfect and definitely go back, only complaint is the waitress was so slow and forgot about out table. Waited 25 in out table until she got to us to get our order and same thing when we finished the food, she end up not showing up and another waitress came by and helped us. They really should work on that and train their staff otherwise they lose the customers

Recommend making a reservation ahead of time. In the picture whole snapper and filet mignon, the steak is perfect and the side dishes are so tasty.

We had a pleasant experience at this establishment for a birthday celebration, and we would like to express our gratitude to our exceptional server, Sarah, for her remarkable assistance and cordial demeanor. We were delighted to be seated on the patio, which offered a delightful view. However, we regret to say that the culinary offerings did not fully align with our personal preferences. The Mama’s casserole, in particular, lacked sufficient seasoning, and the chicken was excessively dry. Additionally, the steak, which was ordered medium-cooked, exhibited a chewy texture. We found that the overall flavors were somewhat lacking, although all the dishes were salty.

Shareables: duck croquettes (very delicious and creamy), mama’s casserole (sumptuous), roasted Brussels sprouts (good) and the roasted game hen (juicy).
All in all a satisfying work dinner. Would come again.

The first time I went to Arc I had a very good experience. Our server was good and attentive even though they were very busy. The cocktails and dishes we ate were delicious. I enjoyed it so much I decided to return for my birthday.
Sadly our experience the second time was not the same. The food and drinks were still good but he service really lacked. The restaurant was not busy but we were hardly attended to. We also ordered steak that was not cooked according to request. We couldn’t get it corrected because the server hardly came around. I realize that the experience here is not consistent.

Rustic, cooked with flame flavor. Service was very attentive and quality. The drinks were creative, strong, and tasted great. The server had excellent recommendations for our table based on peoples spirit choice. We shared mushrooms, broccolini, wedge and the tomahawk. The tomahawk was a little too fatty for the group, next time we’ll get the fillet to share.

The food was okay and the service was pretty bad. They pressured us to order very quickly then pressured us to hurry and pay. We were a group of about 8 on the table for a little over an hour. The tables have a 2 hour limit.
