Worst Burger King ever! I ordered a whopper jr w/ cheese combo and 4pc mozzarella sticks. Got to the window and was told “we are out of mozzarella sticks”. Paid for my order and was still charged for them. I ordered a Coke Zero for my drink and was served soda tea.. My food was cold!! Something told me not to go there but being short on time and hungry. I decided to give them another try. Never again I always get bad service at this Burger King..

Employees need more training, including management. I was purposely shorted my change because they didn’t have any, but I was not told that until after the cashier cashed out. I tried to help solve the issue, but I was told the situation couldn’t be fixed. They really just wanted me to leave. I asked for the manager twice. She refused to come to the window but I could hear her and the cashier talking about me like I was the problem. At that point it wasn’t even about the change, it was about professionalism….they don’t have any.

So I ordered a large number 2. With a Oreo milkshake. Thinking since it’sa new place the milkshake machine would be working.. it wasn’t so I asked for a water instead. I was then given the smaller water in history. Because that’s how they do water.. then the girl gets mad when I requested my large water that I paid for and acts like she doesn’t want to do her job.. November 19th at 2:20pm, I just got out of the line that had 2 cars in front of me, I got in the line at 1:58pm. 22 minutes to serve 3 cars, line wrapped up around the building behind me. If that wasn’t bad enough I watched as the woman at the window eats her own sandwich and then scoop fries from the bin with her bare hand into the cardboard holder. That’s just disgusting. I cant believe such poor food hygiene is acceptable. Food to mouth and then directly onto a customer’s fries. I ended up tossing my food, just can’t trust that. Slow and nasty in summary.
