On August 20, 2025, I was having lunch at this restaurant when I bit into something hard in my burger and broke a dental crown. I contacted the senior manager, but he refused to file a claim and gave me a phone number that I was unable to reach for several months to settle the damages. I contacted Burger King support directly, but I was denied compensation for the treatment due to the time elapsed since the incident. The case number is 22543691. I believe the manager deliberately did not create a claim. Be careful when dining at Burger King; the tooth root could not be saved, and the treatment cost $4733.

Drive thru employee is too rude. She acts like she hates her job and is disrespectful. No manners. I am speaking about manager in black uniform. Alexandria is very nice and polite and I fell bad that she has to work with that rude boss with her hands on her hips acting disrespectful

On February 9th at approximately 8:00 PM, an incident occurred at the 1371 Saluda St. Rock Hill involving 2 nasty employees. Savannah and Kizzy both act like trash and shouldn’t be face to face with the public.

While my husband and I were picking up an order, an employee named Savannah subjected us to verbal harassment. After we received our order from the manager on duty, Kizzy, Savannah waited until I was about to leave with my order and I was in arms reach of the door Savannah directed several insults toward us in an attempt to provoke a confrontation.
Additionally, I have obtained screenshots of text messages in which Savannah discusses her attempts to cause conflict between my husband and me. These messages also indicate that Kizzy participated in disparaging conversations regarding customers.

This fool will never have the power to cause conflict in my life!

The behavior exhibited by both Savannah and Kizzy is unacceptable for staff members in a customer-facing role. I have shared the relevant evidence with the store manager and trust that appropriate disciplinary action will be taken to address this conduct.

It’s always something here, today it’s the drive thru. Can’t take oreders in drive thru cause card machine not working? I’m sure the owners wouldn’t mind if you rang up orders on front counter. Most places would, I know I would. BK need better management, Bk losing money and paying people to do nothing. Just lost a $30 order but hey they don’t care.

Most times in recent months when I come here, service is very slow. On average when I came to the drive-through I could expect to wait 20-25 minutes from ‘in line’ to ‘food in hand’.

Today I came to the very odd restriction when I came to the drive through, ‘We can only accept cash for the exact amount, no change; and if you have a card, you have to come inside.’

…what? What about taking a credit or debit card can’t be done through a drive-through? I get that the cash drawers or safe might be inaccessible, but that means negotiating a tricky cash transaction should be able to be done inside, right?

Well, I went inside. Asked for the featured Whopper on the menu board, and then was told that they were out of that (I wish they’d changed the menu to not show it, if that was true.) I waited, as per the usual, about 20 minutes, for a combo meal. The food once I got it was just fine. But it always seems to take forever here and I’m never clear on why.

So I ordered a large number 2. With a Oreo milkshake. Thinking since it’sa new place the milkshake machine would be working.. it wasn’t so I asked for a water instead. I was then given the smaller water in history. Because that’s how they do water.. then the girl gets mad when I requested my large water that I paid for and acts like she doesn’t want to do her job.. I hope she gets fired
