Had to put a star on review, Friday at 3pm , can’t seem to be able to find good workers anymore, no reason that my whole order was nasty cold. Maybe because Crew members were just standing around showing each other their phones, no sense of urgency, and the kitchen was filthy. I will never eat here again!

My husband and I went to Burger King drive-thru and the main menu screen wasn’t working so we had a hard time ordering. We first wanted to add shakes to our order but their shake machine was down. Then we wanted to add a frozen mango Fanta to the order instead and their machine was in “defrost” mode. We were frustrated at first. The staff gave us an extra fry and two Hershey chocolate pies to rectify the inconvenience. We are super appreciative of the efforts they took for our frustrations! This is REAL customer service!

My friend and I were coming through the drive thru. The person taking the order was extremely rude and ignorant. We decided not even to get the food and went next door to Bojangles. She definitely shouldn’t be working with the public . I won’t be going back if she’s working. I’ve never been treated so rude by a employee. Where is the manager . To allow employees to speak and treat customers like that. My opinion fire her. And get pleasant people working for you.

They got nothing right and I waited 5 minutes at the window No cheese on my Whopper and it was cold onion rings weren’t cooked out the way and they were cold I asked for a vanilla iced coffee and got a mocha. It was over $12 I drove back and got a refund.

Pull up to BK at 6:39, it opens at 6. Nobody took my order, n there is one girl in there sitting down eating in her phone. She could have ran it by herself but it’s hard to find good help. The owner need to get a hold on this restaurant n come in to see how their employees work, every shift.

Update 9/24/22- Drove through last night for a medium whopper meal. Nothing seemed to be wrong until I got home and started eating when I found what was possibly leftovers from breakfast in my meal. Inside my fry my container I found that a lot of hash browns were inside as filler; either to get rid of them or replace fries they may have been short of. Worst cast, they were leftovers from breakfast that ended almost 10 hours earlier.
