This location is hands-down the best-run Burger King that I have ever been to. I have never, and I mean never, had bad service, bad food, or an incorrect order from them. The employees that I have interacted with have always been pleasant, helpful, efficient and polite. Whatever they are doing here, they need to keep it up!

This store is always empty and will have lights off at 8pm like they don’t want customers. They are always running out of items & the attitude that comes from this store (even managers) isnt worth the subpar food. You have one or two decent people working there. I came through the drive thru an hour before they close to pick up my mobile order, but I had to pull up to the window because no one answered. The lady at the window plain as day said, “You better come get this damn girl with this damn mobile order”. To a customer! Then was rude telling me they didn’t have the order & they weren’t taking any. She could have just said they were closed. This store is going to end up like the old Burger King where the Alco is now. Closed & Replaced.

8:45 am on a Saturday and the store is closed, drive through is unresponsive and staff sitting in the parking lot in their car. Very unimpressed. It’s always something with this location they desperately need a change!

We waited in line so long we decided to go inside and order and when me and my wife walked in there was no one at the register barley anyone in there and everyone had an attitude problem we walked out before we even ordered bc all we could hear was cussing and yelling and caring on about the lady having to do her job she literally said she was not answering the phone that the customer needed to stop calling and that “she wasn’t answering the phone for no damn body” we left unsatisfied just goes to show you how an employees attitude and lack of respect for their jobs can bring down a whole company and stop a customer from purchasing food

I went there to get a ice cream cone …. Had me waited for a so small cone……….told I didn’t want it before she closed window started talking junk about me not wanting it …..then told me I had to come inside to get a refund in which I did…..next person had a attitude at that and still talking in coded about me wanting a refund……they aren’t very nice ….all attitudes. Need to have the right time on door . …. Sunday night front door locked at 9:18 pm?
