The drive thru was pretty slow and not very friendly. I stopped thru there on Sunday afternoon fir some lunch. After sitting at the window waiting for my food, it finally came. They didn’t say sorry for your wait or anything. He just handed the bag out the window to me. I said thank you and he just closed the window.

Whoever was running the drive thru on 3/9/26 at 9:44 am, has no manners and is rude to customers. They didn’t give straws either. The cook is the only one worth anything in this facility. Terrible service, I will drive a few more exits next time to another one.

I got a gravy biscuit. The gravy was straight milk. Not thickened at all. How did they pour that into the cup and think “yeah that’s correct”? Like just don’t serve it if it’s messed up. It’ll be ok, I can get something else. But don’t give me liquidy sausage water and call it gravy.

This is our 2nd time at this location & let me say, I don’t know who’s making the biscuits but they taste like someone’s grandma is back there using buttermilk & lard to make them. If you’re from NC then you’ll know what I’m talking about. It was the hottest, most fluffy, best bought biscuit I’ve had in a long time.

Jun 2025 – cashier Zykeya was fantastic. Very engaging and fast. Food great, biscuits best we’ve had in months! Let the manager know. Liked the oval platter. This location was Burgaw NC. May 2025- not a good day. The gal taking orders didn’t know what she was doing. Patriscia. She could not have walked slower. Wasn’t engaged. Customers left. Manager didn’t help. Food fair. Dec 2024-Traveling and stopped by Bojangles. Very busy place. Ordered two chicken supreme plates with crispy hot fries. I think people block out the request for hot crispy fries. Restaurants just don’t cook fries long enough. I tried the peach sauce and didn’t care for it. And the person taking our order could not have moved any slower. That gal was not in a hurry for anyone. Very frustrating.

This was poor customer service, cold food, nasty dinning room and even nasty bathroom. The employees were to busy giving free food to random people and screaming that they needed to go take a poop as they touched your food. Asked for hot sauce and one employee told him the box was in the back and he said he ain’t getting that bad word. He then turned to me and said we don’t have any. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

One time chicken was hot and fresh. Next few times, not so much. Sometimes chicken is spicy, others not bad. There is no consistency with food prep or service. Tables are clean, bathrooms not. Recommend a new manager in this place.

The Food is usually cold, if they even have any. The Dirty Rice is more like rice water, and the managers do not care if or when you complain. This Bojangles needs all new management!

Walk in there all you see is a bunch of loud teenagers talking to the staff, I order and my cashier was some old lady with the dirtiest attitude, raising her voice and all just dirty, charged me extra for honey mustard I pay and didn’t get any at the end so I ask and she gives me one. Take in mind this is for a family tailgate, just bad atmosphere.

We waited twenty minutes for supremes. When we finally got served they were cold. The cashier was also rude. There is also bell noises that make you feel like you are in a video game. The lights outside make you feel like you are a mosquito trapped in a bug light. We will not go there again.
