This place is a joke there is never no cars in drive thru but if you go thru the drive thru to place a order they tell you to pull up and the food comes out still cold like really every employee that works here is rude and disrespectful this place needs to be shut down ASAP

Do not go here… they never get your order right, shake machine is always* down, always out of stock of many menu items, staff is inattentive and never friendly, soda is always watered down or expired tasting/same with the tea (sweet or unsweetened) always* tastes sour. We have tried so many times with our local Burger King and they NEVER get it right… The biggest issues are the food freshness/safety, incorrect orders, and missing menu items majority of the time (I would say at least 30% of menu items are not available at any given time). Do better, this is not just a one time experience. This is a consistent occurrence of inability to be a functional restaurant.

Went in for lunch . Went to wash my hands looked in the facility and this is what I found told the staff they just looked at me and said ok. Waited 10 min in lobby to see if staff would go clean up the mess left by someone that was inept of doing it theirselves apparently and lo and behold did not see any staff members go in there . This was at 410 PM I was the only customer in the burger king . Just gross stay away if they dont take cleaning seriously then I’m afraid to eat the meal I just bought

This one woman in there can NOT for the life of her, give us our damn barbecue sauce. I don’t know if she’s addicted to it herself or what, but she has forgotten or neglected it every single time I’ve ordered from this location. She is rude as all get out and does not need to work in the public sphere. I don’t expect high quality service from a Burger King, but I do expect common courtesy and not to have to deal with an attitude when I have to spend an extra 2 minutes walking into the restaurant to ask for what I should have gotten in the first place.

The manager was the one that took our order and he was so rude….. I won’t be back….. I suggest you drive a couple extra miles to a different Burger King. At least until they get their staff together. My only word of advice to the owner of this Burger King, is that when you finally do break down and get better management, you should definitely put that on the sign. I imagine the reviews won’t be much better than this until that happens.

Was quickly reminded why I never go here..when I finally choose too, find out They only accept cash and stopped serving breakfast at 10:30 a.m, it was exactly 10:30 a.m. and had to sit in the line for 10 min. So I would have had plenty of time. Once I finally get to place my order, I am told is was too late. GRRR. No. I do not want a hamburger that early, breakfast is what I wanted. Do better BK..i will not be back.
