I have to give a big shoutout to the Burger King in Gaston! Every time I visit, the service is fast, friendly, and consistent. The staff always greets you with a smile, and they truly seem to care about making sure your order is right.
The food is fresh and hot—exactly how you want it. My burger was juicy, the fries were crisp and golden, and everything tasted like it was made with care. Even the inside of the restaurant is clean and welcoming, which makes the experience even better whether you’re dining in or grabbing food to go.
It’s honestly one of the best Burger Kings I’ve ever been to. If you’re in the area and craving a good meal with great service, this location won’t disappoint!

Apparently if you pay with card you’re forced to use one of their kiosks. I walked up to the counter expecting to have my order taken and the teenager behind the counter looked at me a like a deer and headlights saying “sorry sir if you’re using card you need to use that kiosk”. I should have paid cash. I asked him if that was their policy and they said Yes and they wouldn’t take my order manually. My only question is what do they do for older people who aren’t technology savvy? On top of that, if I pay with card I have to do part of your job now? It took me significantly longer to order at that kiosk than it would me to just tell you that. At least McDonald’s gives you the option.

I guess because they have a kiosk, u get no service. Heaven forbid u have to pay with cash. U get to stand there and wait while countless drive-thru orders get taken and served their food. I understand if u don’t have workers. But u cant completely ignore the people that are inside. Was there for 30 minutes and the same people that were trying to order at the register just left after waiting there for 20 minutes. I regretted spending my money there. And will not return.

Do not eat at Burger King. I drove to food Lion which is right next to Burger King and I did not order anything from there. I do not eat Burger King. I work there when I was 18 when they have flame broil and everything was great and wonderful. But now now when I going to see french fries all up under the floor and they don’t have enough time to clean this up. It’s an accident waiting for workman’s comp. You know if you can’t clean up I should go. I’m not eating there because I know that’s riches and bugs and stuff like this if you don’t keep a place clean and that’s the reason why this isn’t do that well

I have never been to Gaston SC so it was fun to see/visit another area. People were nice, but I gave service a “3” at BK because if you’re paying with a card, you HAVE to use the order kiosk. The cashier was only at the counter for CASH orders. So, that said, the order process took longer, but the order was accurate. I did have to have a bit of help with the screen at the kiosk and the young girl was quick to lend a hand. The food was fresh and tasted very good for BK, so I understand why this location was fairly busy.

Went in for lunch . Went to wash my hands looked in the facility and this is what I found told the staff they just looked at me and said ok. Waited 10 min in lobby to see if staff would go clean up the mess left by someone that was inept of doing it theirselves apparently and lo and behold did not see any staff members go in there . This was at 410 PM I was the only customer in the burger king . Just gross stay away if they dont take cleaning seriously then I’m afraid to eat the meal I just bought

Straight trash. Each and every person working this morning between 11:11-11:13 were rude as all get out. Not one word spoken by any of them. Rude faces made as well. Super sad when you work in fast food and you can’t even be friendly. This world is falling apart. No good workers anymore.
Whoever is working corporate needs to check the cameras. Literally caught them squishing my food. The young boy thought if he’d walk over to the manager and whisper in her ear that I didn’t see it, but I saw everything.

Outside they have a sign that they will open at 12 midnight and I’m going to order at 11:00 and suddenly they pay for the drive-thru screen. I don’t understand this Burger King. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
