I’ve never been a fan of burger King’s interior but this was a super pleasant experience. They were really pushing their kickin’ mango iceee which wasn’t bad…. At first. After a while it starts burning your throat. It’s a weird experience drinking something cold and spicy . I can’t fault the restaurant though so I’ll still give 5 stars for the fast service

Service and food was good. Just didn’t like that my points was not added. The app say provide code at beginning of order and the cashier said it can be given at any time. Not true. Provided my code. Did not get my 330 points. I like using my points so I am disappointed about this.

I actually went twice in that day. I ordered from the app. First time, food was excellent, everything was as it was supposed to have been. It was a short time after lunch. Service was friendly. Second time, food was sloppy, all 3 burgers was made wrong. Missing items. Since we was missing items, what we went there for specifically, didn’t matter because it wasn’t in there. So, the main reason we chose Burger King in Icard, wasn’t in our bag. If it was like it was the first visit, I would give them more star’s. Evening shift didn’t pay attention or care.

For the love of “Bonnie” Cupcakes
The staff actually works here. They are very sweet and they work to get you in and out, even in the drive-thru. I drive from hickory just to experience their amazing service, not to mention that everything is served hot and fresh.
