We stopped here on our way to a funeral. As one would from driving, I went to the restroom first. An employee was fawning over some guy in the parking lot , and ran back into the kitchen after gossiping with a customer. I went in the restroom, everything was dirty and had a bad chemical smell. I was concerned to touch anything in there. When I went back into the lobby, the same customer was waiting on his food, one worker stormed outside and sat in there car (parked in the front door) . One employee said something like “I want to walk out and quit too”. Me and my wife looked at each other and decided to leave instead of wait for whatever this was to play out. One employee working in back looked like she was trapped in this bad situation, I hope they figure it out. The employee that stormed out was venting on another employee in the parking lot, smoking and yelling profanity. Thank you for the show…..

I have been coming here for over a year and have always been satisfied, but they have a new young man at the window that needs to go.
Instead of putting your creamer and sugar in the bag he hands it to you before even getting your order which may sound ridiculous but when you have arthritis hands and I could not hold 4 sugars and creamer so I dropped them.
Then I pay for my order with cash he puts the coins on top of the bills and does not take precautions so they don’t slide off and of course my change fell to the ground 80 cents I had to leave it because there was a line of cars.
Not only that I stated is it possible to get hot hash browns because last time they were cold and when he handed me my order he stated ” HERE IS YOUR HOT HASH BROWNS” the way he said it was sarcastic.
You need to put the little older lady at the windows she knows how to handle the customers and she is a pleasure to deal with.
I will still use the BK but he will hear it from me if he treats bad again. It will be something he will never forget

place a order online and when i got there, they did it fast and in a timely manner. the lady was nice when she gave us our food. they even got the food correct which is rare to see at a BK.
