I’m not sure who upsets the lady in the drive thru window but she lets it be known she isn’t happy or cares for her customers that come through. This is the second time I’ve chosen to come to this Burger King and i still get the same experience of straight rude. I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve gone to this location for years and it’s always been the same old story. You would think I would have learned by now. Rolled up to the window after ordering a Melt with fries and a drink. Guy at the window takes my money, hands me a drink and my card back then asks me to pull forward. I tell him that I was fine sitting right where I was because there was no one behind me. He informed me that they were on a timer and that me sitting there messed up the timer. I told him bluntly that I could care less and that maybe they should hurry up. He closed the window and I could hear him and another male employee talking about me while I waited for my food. Which I’m sure they probably spit in. I don’t think you have to worry about me going back to this location in the future.

The young man who took my order at the drive thru was not a pleasant person. He dropped my change into my hand and shoved my drinks into my hand as if I was a bother to him so I told him he didn’t have to be so rude. After sitting at the window for a couple of minutes he asked me to pull forward because they were waiting on fries. That was a lie because the fries were not even hot, they were barley even warm.

It’s no wonder to me why this store cannot keep employees. Went in about 35 minutes before closing and was “greeted” by a rude teenager that wanted to complain that we were eating in, continuously staring at us waiting for us to leave, because for some reason he felt the need to say “I can’t mop until you leave” here’s a tip, clean and mop around customers. It’s not that hard, unprofessional and rude, along with terrible food regularly.

Bland, poor food presentation, cold, chocolate shakes are lighter than the vanilla.
