I will not be going back!
Went to this restaurant on Sunday 2/22.
I waited over 17 min for an original chicken sandwich, when I didn’t get the sandwich, the tall guy with dreads who worked in the back started cursing.
That was terrible customer service, the managers should be ashamed of themselves for allowing that kind of behavior to go on.
To parents with kids don’t take your kids to that place unless you don’t care about the cursing from the employees.

Got the sandwich wrong the tea wasn’t sweet and then the guy at the window didn’t give me my drink and shut the window and was talking so I reached for the window to tap on it he cursed and said don’t touch my window so I said give me my order and I won’t. It be a nice place for a bo jangles

Wow so I arrived at the drive thru a few minutes ago and had a lovely lady yell questions at me, repeating herself within the span of one second. “What size meal do you want? WHAT SIZE MEAL DO YOU WANT?” Jesus. When I paid and finally got my food the girl who brought it out and when I asked her for ketchup she just turned around and went back inside, but I was talking she had to have heard me. Weirdest Burger King experience. Idc about the broken menu board but some general politeness would be nice.
