Rude over the speaker in drive thru, rude at the windows, and charged me almost $4 each for milkshakes filled halfway in the cup. Only reason I gave two was because the shakes were pretty good. Do better.

Fast and friendly food was great. So glad they keep the playback for the kids when they did the upgrade. I haven’t been here in many many years. My family and I use to come here all the time for birthday parties when kids were younger.

The Whopper was sloppy and room temperature, nothing special. Fries were warm and good. All of this for a whopping over $11. I can go down the road and get a really good meal for less. I won’t be going back anytime soon.

I ordered 2 for $8 mix and match. BIG MISTAKE to get the Big King burgers. It tasted rancid and old. Oh my gosh, how awful it was. It will be a long while if I ever go back.

I ordered on the app, and when I got to check out it said they did not have the mix n match deal. I checked out and went to restaurant. When I walk in I see mix n match signs everywhere, so I asked the cashier if they were doing it and she said yes. I explained that on the app it would not allow me to, so I asked would they honor the price. She called over the manager and told her what was going on. The manager looked at me and said ” it’s just how the app works I guess “, so I asked her if she would go ahead and honor the price, she said ” no! The order was already made and paid for. Not very good service if you ask me. This is 2 different Burger Kings in 2 different areas I have had issues with. Burger King has been one of my favorite fast food places since I was a kid, but they are really making me step away from them. Falling down quickly Burger King. So sad!

First time in albermarle and was passing through and decided to stop at Burger King tonight. The food was cold and was wrong. Double burger only had one patty and no sauce that I paid for in the bag. Definitely won’t be back.

If I could give albemarle Burger King a zero star that’s what I would give ! I went through the drive thru and ordered a whooper with extra pickles and a lg sweet tea . This was for my mother who is in a nursing home !! What she got was a pickle sandwich no meat !! Two slivers of onion and a tomato I don’t know who thought this was funny but it’s not appreciated and I will be calling corporate office since no one will pick
