I’ve been eating at this particular subway for years. They’ve gone through different owners and management throughout that time. The subs were terrible for a while but the new management or owners turned it around for the better. I went there tonight and their employee Alexis was on point making our sandwiches. They both were delicious. And she is so friendly. I’m impressed!! I hope she’s making them from now on lol

Stopped by this location, but left without ordering due to the bathroom being locked and requiring the obtaining of a key from the employee (just one person was working, and was busy making sandwiches for another customer). I understand that it’s annoying for a business to have to deal with non-customers coming in and using the restroom, but this doesn’t appear to be the kind of location where that would be a big problem (no more so than any other strip-mall Subway), and the owner should be aware that this kind of policy is not without cost… we would have spent $40, but went elsewhere instead. Please consider changing this customer-hostile policy.

Was double charged. 2 footlongs don’t add up to $30. Watch what they ring up before you pay. List my receipt and can’t prove overcharge. Didn’t realize till I checked my bank acct. Won’t do that again. Really pissed

This is a typical Subway, meal-wise: decent food & healthy options. I had really great service by the pleasant young woman who waited on me. She was friendly on top of doing her job which I always appreciate.

The staff is still a little unfamiliar with the new sandwiches. This is expected until they get more practice. But I wasn’t pleased with the sandwich I chose it was dry. It wasn’t their fault that’s the way it came but the picture look better than the product.
