The staff is still a little unfamiliar with the new sandwiches. This is expected until they get more practice. But I wasn’t pleased with the sandwich I chose it was dry. It wasn’t their fault that’s the way it came but the picture look better than the product.

Understaffed and the one who does work there just sits on her phone when there’s so many things to be restocked/filled. Drink fountain had some sort of dirt or dust out of all the selections so I didnt drink them. Flavorless fake veggies & meats

Cost 30+ dollars for 2 meals, foot long on garlic cheese bread and 1 child meal??? Was too busy with child to stop, think and ask at the time. Place was dirty, unstocked, unfriendly. I will NOT return to this franchise. Theres plenty more to choose from that I could give at least a 4 star.

Ordered a foot long with one half different than the other and got charged for 2 separate sandwiches. Every drink in the drink machine was flat, and no fresh tea. Never going back
