If I could give a zero I would the lady at the window was so rude this morning at 7 for no reason do better. She messed up our order even after repeating it to us correctly she still put it in wrong and kept trying to rush us while ordering by saying “is that all” over and over not giving us a chance to respond.

I went to this Burger King that had no burger meat. When asked there was a tone on her voice like annoyed. Got chicken nuggets hard as a rock and overcooked. Second time at this location and it blew my mind the experience.

So, I didn’t eat the items because I’m on a diet. We’ll call it a Life style change. My son ordered food so he’d be full of energy for testing. He is VERY picky. He loved it and wanted to go again the next morning. Prices are great too. He said one of the employees was rude the first time he went in and she had an attitude and up charged for drinks that came with the meal . It was a breakfast combo deal, 2 drinks, croissants and potato rounds. He got soda instead of coffee and she said it was an upcharge for that. I don’t know, no one has ever up charged me before.. I don’t really know the practice so I can’t say for certain if it was wrong or right. However , I always give a business s second chance, you never know, someone could be having a bad day or they could be new, whatever the circumstances, we are all human. The second time he had a very nice lady that took his order. Didn’t up charge and didn’t have an attitude.

Such an awesome location! This has to be the best Burger King I’ve ever been to. Restaurant had a nice modern look inside, everything was clean, employees were nice, and the food was hot and fresh!

I had a DoorDash order to pick up for somebody. And the lady Amanda was rude and very nasty. Lack’s people skills and proper customer service. When I got to the counter she asked to see my DoorDash order on my phone, which I then showed her. I waited 10 plus minutes and everyone got their food and even the DoorDash lady that came in after me. I walk back up to the counter, she asks what I’m waiting on. I said DoorDash for so and so. She asked to look at my phone again, I showed it to her and told her I had previously already done so. She proceeded to be rude and saying sly remarks under her breath. My boyfriend walks in to see what’s taking so long and stands next to me. She gives him the dirtiest look and says can I help you in a horrible disrespectful tone. And started mouthing off at us. This lady AMANDA needs to be reprimanded for her behavior. I hope her higher ups see this. Cause this is not someone that should be serving people and this establishment. Or any other.
