So me and my family decided to stop to eat since we’re not from out here and Over all this experience was 1000% not satisfying for me and my family, especially for the price, the pizza was salty, and dry like literally so hard to bite through. The fact that I have to go up to the counter and wait 10 15 mins for a server or worker to come out to the counter and at that didn’t even come to the counter, I had to go damn near to the double doors of the kitchen to grab the attention of 2 girls just yapping there way like theres not customers that need attention. On top of the fact that thats all they were practically doing because as we got there almost every table was dirty, and as we sat down for nearly an hour and half trying to eat. We had to eat surrounded by a mess that never got cleaned up. How unprofessional. Seriously this place needs better management. It was actually insane. Straight disappointment. Will never recommend or return.

All I can say is, “Finally” my wife and I are new to Rancho and visiting Cucamonga Pizza House took too long. What I mean is, service, kindness and consideration is what makes in my opinion, a winner and this place took the 1st place trophy, for that. Right from the start I could tell it was special, from the greeting to the offer of condiments to go. I ordered a medium pizza and I know, we won’t be disappointed. I’m coming back for sure.

I was craving a pizza for dinner. A photo of a personal Mr. C I had a year ago at Cucamonga Pizza House popped up as a Facebook memory yesterday, so the seeds were planted. I’ll have a Mr. C! I ordered a medium to go.
I ended up eating most of that Medium Mr C. It was quite tasty as usual.

Unfortunately the experience was over before it began. I rarely leave reviews positive or negative, however, visiting from out of town it was disappointing that the staff couldn’t stop gossiping long enough to even greet or seat us despite obviously noticing us walk in as it was not busy. After waiting several minutes decided to walk out and get some pizza elsewhere that was fantastic. Hopefully the owner is aware of the lack of hospitality for the establishment. Very disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience here. A female server wearing a white Dodger jersey took our food to the wrong table, and when we mentioned the issue, she made it seem like it was our fault. When I asked for a refund instead, she refused and said it would take a while because her boss needed to be involved.
To make things worse, she retrieved the food that had already been served and touched by another table and tried to pack it up for us instead of making a fresh order. The service was extremely poor, and the attitude was unprofessional.
In today’s economy, you’d think customer service would matter more clearly not here. I won’t be returning.

Great food. Cold drinks. Lots of TVs. Arcade games for kids. They have it all!!!
This place DID NOT DISAPPOINT.
I’ve tried many pizzerias in my area (North Fontana) and nothing touches the quality of ingredients used at CPH. The dough, sauce and cheese all have great flavor – add your favorite toppings and you can’t go wrong.
Also was impressed with the caesar salad, lemon pepper wings and humongous pretzel.
Looking forward to returning soon!

I went there for the first time yesterday and I was very satisfied. The owners were super nice. I love that their specialty pizzas are named after old pizza restaurants in the area. They have my favorite little crispy pepperonis! 🙂 The kids had fun with the games also.

Great spot for food and if you have kids or a big party it’s a nice spot because they have plenty of tables for big groups and games for kids to play. Customer service is great and very accommodating

The best pizza in town. We’ve been going since they opened and it’s our go to. Growing up in Rancho it’s nice to still be able to go to a classic building we all grew up going to when it was pizza royale. The arcade is fun for the kids and the beer on tap is really good. Definitely give it a try.
