This is the nastiest BK I’ve ever been to. If the pictures don’t say enough than I don’t know what will. I ordered the Italian bk royal crispy chicken. It was cold and the bread was stale. The whole place stunk. The drink machine lacked in options and the options that were there were flat. The dining area was trashed and the crew was just standing around talking behind the counter.

Service was great but it’s still a Burger King. I wouldn’t say the food was spectacular. It wasn’t bad but you know. The people here were nice. That’s the only thing I can really say was great, it was clean just always good. If you need somewhere to stop for a quick bite I would recommend it. But but you know still a Burger King.

Since they lost The Best Manger, who kept things running smoothly, organized, clean..it’s going down hill. I need unsalted fries, the cook complied gracefully, but the other clerk took um for his own , so I had to wait extra long. By then my burgers were cold. And, they forgot how to make a Good shake. Before, whip cream left on top, now they blend it into the shake. The other way was pretty.

Terrible customer service and terrible corporate service to their customers. My husband ordered through the mobile app last week for around $25.00 that included a shake! Well the shake machine was down and they would not refund the cost of the shake. He called the corporate office and advised them that he paid for a shake and they could not give it to him as he prepaid for the shake on the mobile app and the shake machine was down. The corporate office could care less!!! So we paid for a shake we could not get. My husband went there the next day to try and get a shake that he paid for and the shake machine was working. But they said no they could not do that.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food. 5 kitchen crew members were in a smoke break (including a manager). Out of all non soda drinks. Sewer was backing out of the drains in the bathroom. Completely disgusting.
