I encountered a very rude staff member that had a condescending answer while I was asking about difference in sizes of the bowl/pitas, making me feel ignorant for even asking. Then when I was asked what toppings I wanted for my order I was corrected and told to look down at the toppings and not at the menu screen above me because he “didn’t want to keep shuffling around”. I do not ever complain about food service, however this experience was bad enough to make me write my first ever google review. There also seemed to be no one around that I could talk to about my experience, that is why I chose to make this review.

Great food love the taste of the stuff they make, got a shrimp bowl and it was good. The people are always nice too, but why is there only one girl working during lunchtime? Takes longer to get food now, but I can’t complain when it’s made right

Absolutely disgusting….cucumber salad was dry and old. Gyros were disgusting. Pita was spicy and greasy….i have no idea how you mess up Greek food this bad.

I absolutely love this place! I’m so happy to have found good healthy food. It looks as good as it taste. The service is impeccable. The people are always friendly and they all tell me how nice their boss is! That is a testament right there. I go often and I live in Hopkinsville. Hot Pita rocks in my book! Never leave!

This is easily the best spot in the PX food court. The servers are incredibly kind, the food is spectacular, and the serving size is large enough to keep you full for hours. I will not be returning to any other location in the food court. I only want Hot Pita from now on. Thank you for this blessing!

The ingredients were good and plentiful but the pseudo pita wasn’t. It was like eating a hot dog bun. Anyone that has ever eaten a real authentic pita will know the difference and be very disappointed. I know I was.
