Haven’t been here in years. My husband had knee surgery, and was craving BK. I drove over 8:30pm to a line of vehicles on drive through. Waited 10 minutes, no movement of the line and decided to park. According to the sign next to the door, dining room was supposed to be open until 9pm. Doors were locked, I knocked and a young man came to the door. I stated that the sign says open until 9pm, and he said it’s closed, then proceeded to lock the door.

Food was horrible. Definitely old. The majority of the crew was out side including the manager. Service was very slow. The girl was polite she was doing all she could. Shame on Carrols Inc for allowing their service and standards to come to this.

this is BY FAR the worst BK my family has EVER been to, and we have been to a lot of different stores. 1. overcharged for what we got 2. items missing 3. When we tried to contact the store to have it fixed we was called racial slurs and the phone was hung up in our faces, I am a nice guy otherwise the store would be a crime scene… I WILL be taking this to Court

This has been our go to for a few months since moving to Reidsville. We come here more often than we’d like but in the meantime we’ve met some of the workers. One being Stormie. She’s awesome. She knows it’s me in the drive thru by my voice. She knows what I order. It’s funny. She told us about the double Texas whopper. It’s my husbands favorite. But not all the workers know about it. So I need y’all to order this sandwich. It’s the same as the #2 but with bacon, cheese, jalapeños and mustard and mayo instead of ketchup and mayo. Thanks Stormie you rock! See ya again soon

The staff shows no sense of urgency. They don’t seem to care when you get your food or if your order is correct. We got home and there were items missing. We had to waste gas going back for the rest of our food.

Had breakfast at 10am. 2 workers only walked in while waiting on us our order taker focused on the drive through rather than our party of 3. They did give us medium cups in place of coffee for our coupon on 2 Ham, Egg, & Cheese croissant, 2 medium Hash Rounds, and 2 coffee’s for $6.99. which I don’t think the croissants were anything special. The mayo I received in a packet was disgusting. I don’t know if it was old or what! But it just didn’t taste good. The 2 Sausage, Egg, & Cheese croissants my step-father had were deliciously tasty and tasted as it should have. Overall decent trip.

Honestly wouldn’t go back right now. Yea the food was good but the whole inside was sticky and full of smoke. And no paper towels in either bathroom. They need to do a serious cleaning and definitely get the ventilation fixed in the kitchen
