Nothing like a good diner for breakfast on the road. Ed’s doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of food options without a high price tag. Staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking and seating.

We went there for breakfast one week day morning. Was the worst breakfast I ever had. Got omelets and home fries. The homefries were rehydrated potatoes out of a box horrible. The omelet was a mushroom and cheese. They used mozzarella cheese. For two people to eat a breakfast was 40 dollars. It’s pretty hard to screw up a breakfast but they sure did!!!

Friendly, fast, personable!

Their food is very good.

They were very attentive to needs for refills or anything else. I like the local restaurant feel inside too.

Had a western omlette “deluxe” . The only difference between that and a regular western ommlette is tomatos (practically nonexistent) and $2. So all western omlette deluxe, and a cup of coffee cost $20. They’re within walking distance of the motel so I guess they figure they can gouge travelers. Not sure why any locals would ever go here.

The food is very much like old school home cooking, it is great every time I go. I like a. Hour away and drive there as often as I can. Everyone that has come with me always thinks the food is good too. Definitely worth stopping in for breakfast or lunch.

Tasty food! I enjoy the Amish special, my daughters like the pancakes and sausage. I love the home fries. They are what I call fried potatoes, and they added green peppers to it for me. We used to enjoy the old Route 40 diner, and now it has been moved here, still delicious

Staff is always friendly, food is good. Only complaint is the price of food is getting ridiculous. Been coming to Ed’s for over 10 years and now the prices are so outrageous. I understand that prices go up but not to the point its $50 for 2 people, and thats not counting a tip for the hard working ladies that take amazing care of the customers. Ever since the son took over Ed’s has started going down hill, and have caused many of the amazing waitress to leave. Please bring Ed’s back to the original way its supposed to be.
