The food was ok. The lady that waited on me had no personality at all. She just walked up and said (what you want) not how can I help you or anything like that. She looked like she was falling asleep while taking my order. I had even ask her if I could get an iced coffee with my order 2 times before I was done with my order and she never put it on my order. I can say that was one of the worst experience’s I have had with one of the employees. There have been some bad ones. But she was just lost in space and rude as well. Idk what she was on but she needs to leave that s*** at home. And if you can’t function at work you shouldn’t come in.

We haven’t been to Burger King in a long time, the Burger King Associate was so nice, gave the kids crowns, which they thought was cool, ordered and got our food quickly, the bacon patty melt was so good, and the double cheeseburger, hubby said was great, the kids liked the kid meals, they wanted Chicken fries but they were out.

Went through drive through order was wrong, went in to get it took care of was called a liar and was accused of trying to get free food when I asked to speak to the manager I was told by the woman I was speaking to, that she was the manager and that she couldn’t help me. Didn’t get my food or money back. Very rude and unprofessional! Never going back and will probably be speaking to someone higher up about this. They take your money and then cheat you of your food. RUDE doesn’t even start to describe the employees there.

These people are rude and unprofessional. The employees are ghetto, they try to argue back with customers and they always cussing in there. They are disrespectful to the elderly and to handicap people. The food takes too long and the order is always wrong. The food is either undercooked or old and reheated. The buns are stale and the ice cream machines are not even clean. If they would stop joking all the time and actually take their job serious they might be a better establishment
