Truly a 10/10 experience. It was my first time dining here and I went in with zero expectations, but Figs and Fables completely blew me away. The food and service were incredible, you would honestly think you were dining in Chicago. Scott was our server and only added to the great experience. From the greeting to the live music, drinks, food, and overall atmosphere, every detail was memorable. I really appreciated that they took their time and allowed us to enjoy it all, we were never rushed, and every staff member was genuinely kind and attentive.

By far one of the best fine dining spots in NWI. It rivals Chicago top notch dining. From the ambiance to the exquisite food, this place is unrivaled and that’s saying a lot considering Valparaiso has some phenomenal restaurants. Tonight I had the fillet and it was perfection. This is my 3rd time there and I have not had one single dish that was not excellent, let alone average. This place is a must even if you aren’t local.

First time dining here. It was a combination work Christmas dinner/birthday dinner- group of 6. Rich was our server and he was amazing! Explained the menu and reinforced the food is made to order so it would take time to get it. Consistently checked on us, refilled our water. Attentive, but not overbearing. Everything that we ordered was cooked to perfection, and plated beautifully. We ordered dessert and they were amazing. They were delicious as well as a work of art. Although we had a group, this would be a wonderful place for a more intimate dinner. Highly recommended and will definitely return. Picture is the dessert How about them apples. We were so busy talking and having a good time that was the only thing we got pictures of.

Where to begin. The communication with our reservation was with the upmost respect so from the beginning my newlywed husband and I were excited. We arrived and they just knew we were the next people to be sat. The experience never stopped from the moment we called to confirm to the moment we left. The food was out of the world and the service was top tier! My cheeks hurt from how much I was smiling! We will be returning again! Thank you Figs and Fable for a night we will never forget! Made a reservation for a Party of 14 that turned into 10, which they accommodated on a Saturday night! It was my golden bday & wanted to dine here for my first time! Rightfully so, since the ambiance is enriched with gold and & I really wanted the gold crusted filet lol. Rich & Scott were wonderful in explaining the menu and elaborating on the overall experience. I will say, My family isn’t used to an establishment of this quality and were a bit out of their comfort zone but loved and enjoyed everything we tried! I had the lobster bisque soup which you can tell was made with fresh lobster topped with crème fresh. I had the gold crusted filet per the occasion and it was just as tasty as it was beautiful everyone loved their entrée’s and appetizers. Thank you figs and fables! Will be back 🙂

We went here for our anniversary dinner. Every single thing we had was delicious. My husband and I are huge foodies and have been to many restaurants in the past that were considered “high end”. This one is definitely Top 3. We were greeted by Adam the owner, who was very welcoming and friendly. Our server Scott was probably the best server we ever had. Super friendly and knowledgeable about anything we asked him, as well as pleasant to talk to. Besides the amazing food, the thing that topped the night off for us were the DRINKS. The bartender there is top notch and knows how to mix booze with flavor without overpowering the drink. That man is gifted. You can tell when someone enjoys and takes pride in what they do because its reflected in their food and drinks. I 100% believe that. The overall experience was great and super appreciated by a mom and dad of 4, who dont get the necessary alone time much these days. We will definitely be back!

We went here for my wife’s birthday, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The kitchen, bar, and staff were all to the highest level of professionalism.
The synergy/teamwork between all of them creates one of most enjoyable dinners we’ve had in a long time.
One of my favorite parts of the restaurant is walking in and immediately seeing their open to see clean kitchen, and they show it off proudly.

We went to Figs and Fables for our anniversary dinner. We decided on the chef’s tasting menu and it did not disappoint. Everything was great. Our waiter was helpful and knowledgeable about the full menu. Each course was spaced out perfectly. Highly recommended for a special evening.
