Food was fresh and hot and tasted good. Service was fast and friendly. And thanks to their late at night hours we were able to enjoy some good wings at a later hours in most restaurants. I had the Cajun and atomic wings . I found the Atomic Wings to be just the right amount of heat to not be overbearing. The Cajuns are good and flavorful. But to me not enough Heat. Next time I’ll definitely get the mango habaneros in place of the Cajuns.

I came in because I didn’t want to cook. I had a chicken sandwich with lemon pepper dry rub and corn. The sandwich tasted like it was doused in lemon juice and was disgusting and over cooked. I tried the corn since last time the fries were burnt. The corn was dry, old and doused in Cajun seasoning. Is this normal? I could have been eating lemon coated cardboard for all I tasted. I ate in store and it was gross. All of the seasoning was way over done.

The manager (Lauro) at this location was very rude! I placed a 75 piece order and it was packaged wrong. The lid on the large sauce I ordered was not put on securely and sauce ended up all inside the bag. Also I ordered 6 smaller sauces and they were not inside the order! I call, the rude manger named Lauro, he told me they were not responsible for what happens once the order leaves the store. All I wanted was my sauce replaced, it was their fault it spilled out everywhere. This guy has no customer service skills, his rudeness was unbelievable! He told me I should have checked my order (bags were sealed) to make sure it was packaged correctly before I left! He was willing to give me my 6 sauces but not the spilled one. We had no sauce because I was 25 miles away. On my way home I did pick up the 6, only because I paid for them. I’ve been going to this location for many years with a standard 50 pieces order every time. This time my order was over $100 but I wont be spending a dime at this location again.!!

Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience really left a bad taste — and not from the food.
My wife and I were both exhausted and just wanted a night off from cooking. She was craving wings, so we placed an order from Wingstop on Walzem, thinking it would be a quick, easy treat. We spent around $40… and immediately regretted it.
The order came out wrong, which can happen — but when I called to politely ask for a refund or at least have it corrected, I was bounced around on hold multiple times. The manager’s tone was cold and dismissive, and she kept putting me on hold mid-sentence. There was no apology, no ownership. Just the bare minimum.
At a time when customer service matters more than ever, it’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for what you paid for. That $40 could’ve easily gone to a neighborhood pizza place — and I bet they’d have gotten it right and treated us better too.
This isn’t just about wings — it’s about respect. I hope this location starts taking customer care seriously.
