Absolute trash
Went there today 12/7/25 for me my wife and grand daughter 3 boys in grille playing around jumping like its basketball throwing stuff making drinks . Mixing soda and ice cream. The food is absolute trash nuggets hard and burnt as are the chicken fries so my wife and granddaughters food wasn’t edible and my whopper is pink so yay waste of $25 when my mom worked here the place was decent now its trash and sad. Wasted my money the fountain drink machine didn’t work

If you’re able to remove items and add items onto a sandwhich you should be able to make a rodeo chicken seems you have all the products in your stores but when I asked a worker I was denied them because you don’t “serve them” well you serve the products for it. You can’t accommodate a customer?

Nothing against this branch but there’s no burger in the hamburger? And they keep getting smaller and more expensive. I can go to the local Mexican restaurant for the same price… better food and come out full

They lost my 180$ a month 6/21/23 I ordered a cheeseburger, a chicken sandwich, and a value fry 6/22/23 today I stopped back in there and to show the manager (a mixed guy with glasses) a picture of my fries to see if he would make it right and he didn’t and said ok to leaving this review look how much space was left in my fry package smh never again!

Hopefully, this negative review will help this location become a better restaurant somehow! The employees show zero urgency in helping out their customers. There were 4 employees working, and one of the 2 young men working the drive thru and register made a comment to the other, “The amount of customers is twice as many people as we have working.” All while completely ignoring every customer that was respectfully and patiently waiting for service. I hate to tell you, bud, but that’s on par for how many customers you will deal with every moment of every shift because you are working in a fast food restaurant! You aren’t jinxed or unlucky or even close to being what a sane person would consider busy and you are complaining within hearing distance of the customers as to make sure that we all hear how absolutely devastated you are for having customers. I couldn’t even get them to turn around for one second just to get a few packs of ketchup. We were nothing but polite because that is how people should act, and they were very disrespectful for no reason whatsoever! This location needs new management to train the crew on the basics of working in the fast food industry. If you think that your job is horrible, then you should go get a job somewhere else. It is insane that employees act like they are victims of some horrid crime just because they had a few customers walk in, and they will have to actually do the job they get paid to do!
NOTE: I do a LOT of reviews. It takes a very bad experience in order for me to ever even consider writing a negative review. 99% of the time, I am praising businesses for good service and/or great food. Take that as you will.
Avoid for now. YOU will not have it YOUR WAY like the commercials say at this location.

Please update hours on door. Showed up at 8:20 pm and was told we could not dine in, but we could get it to go. The door stated they were open until 9pm. Was told we had to leave the building so we just all left & went to Sheetz.

I stopped for breakfast. The food was great and cheaper than McDonald’s. I had the Egg-normous burrito and hashbrowns with a Raspberry Coke. The employees were very friendly and joked with the customers. The dining room was very clean and inviting. It was very comfortable to sit and eat in peace.

I bought cheese on the app for my whoppers and the forgot my big fish. When I went back to correct the order the argued with me about the cheese and the tool the existing sandwichs back and put cheese on them. This is a big NO. You never take food back. You put it in the waistband in market at the end of the night. Disappointed.
