Sticky Rice is always one of my favorite places to visit, and no matter what we get, we never leave without the mango sticky rice. The rice is warm and sweet, the mango is always fresh, and it’s topped with a homemade coconut ice cream.

This was an amazing restaurant. The owner was very nice and attentive to my friend and I the whole time. They would check in always making sure we were okay and even gave us free food. Since I tried red curry for the first time I’ve been to many Thai restaurants trying their curry versions. In my opinion Sticky rice has the best red curry in Urbana-Champaign. Plenty of delicious tofu, not too spicy, lots of flavor. It’s my place to go for red curry. My husband loves the pad Thai and fried rice. The service is great. Once they accommodated my husband request of switching the chicken in the sweet and sour dish for tofu.

An okay somewhat Americanized-Thai-Lao place in town. They have a variety of Thai and “Lao” food. The Mango sticky rice is very good!!. The service here is good. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is nice.

This family owned restaurant has some of the best food my husband and I have ever had. We have traveled to many places and after leaving Champaign and eating Sticky Rice since they opened, we moved to Atlanta and we cannot find anything comparable. Their Tom Kha Kai soup and panang chicken curry is our all time favorite. Also, do not pass up their mango sticky rice! Their customer service is above all, and the way they treat their customers is something special that you won’t find at many restaurants nowadays. They consistently offer great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere in the downtown area. Anytime we are close to sticky rice we make the extra drive to dine with them!

Dishes were a hit or miss but overall pretty tasty.
The pad thai, the combo fried rice, and the sesame or general tsos chicken were among my favorites. The cashew mushroom chicken was pretty bland and not a lot of chicken.
Also, medium spice is actually spicy so be careful.
