Was a little confusing finding it the first time with Google putting the location at the back of the building. Business owner has no problems customizing the drinks to suit needs including doubling the mix. Atmosphere is awesome and can’t help but want to look around the entire store. Awesome shop.

Horrible customer service over the phone. Allow me to elaborate. I call. She picks up with “hello?”. I said “is this kylies kaffeine bar?” She said “yes who is this”. Typically phone calls to a business go like this. “Hello this is kylies kaffeine bar, how can i help you today”. Her tone was filled with attitude. Dont pick up a business line phone call like you are picking up a personal phone call to your cell phone. Have some professionalism and a warm inviting greeting.
