This is a good Burger King, very friendly and courteous staff. The dinning area and bathrooms are always clean.

Absolutely horrible experience. We placed a mobile order and it went through successfully. The employees were friendly at first but when we received our order (that was nearly $40), everything changed. Every sandwich was incorrect. They were all missing sauces and toppings. My double whopper had one whopper patty and two junior whopper patties (to make one regular?). It was absolutely unacceptable. When we went back, we politely asked them to remake the order. They refused so we then asked for a refund the manager then closed the drive-thru window in my wife’s face and walked away. Very poor customer service. We will never go back to this location.

Not clean. Not sanitary. The workers has no gloves and was rubbing through their hair and and touching their face and went to grab fries and grabbed the top of the fries with their whole hand and not the box. Disgusting. This place is disgusting and so are the workers. I walked out and couldn’t even order. It was that bad! And these were men workers!

My whopper with cheese, was kinda cold. I hadn’t eaten all day, my daughter, and I stopped in. We had driven to Williamson, and were starved on the way back. I was so hungry, I just ate it. I should have taken it back…. Other than that it was fine. My daughter had the chicken sandwich with bacon. She loved it!

Went thru the drive thru and they forgot my food and made me walk in to get it instead of just handing it to me, I guess so I could go and the young, male manager could accuse me of trying to steal food. This is the worst service I’ve ever had. What a shame. You don’t treat your customers this way. Do your job and you won’t have to accuse people of lying. Ridiculous.
