We ordered from Wren for the first time. we heard some good things about their food. we ordered medium pepperoni pizza and pepperoni calzone. the pizza was okay. Now the calzone was way over cooked and burnt. it was like chewing on leather. I messaged this Facebook page and their website feedback page. I posted the pictures , so they could see. They read it and didn’t care. They didn’t respond.

We are long time customers of Real Pizza. Over the last several months we have had a few disappointing experiences, but try to keep supporting a local business. When the food is prepared correctly, Real Pizza has amazing pizza, subs, and salads. Tonight we ordered our favorite stuffed crust pizza and meatball sub for a birthday celebration. When I got home the pizza was burned and in terrible condition. We were so disappointed! We called the restaurant and spoke with a very rude young lady who claimed to be the manager on duty. She said they felt the pizza was in good condition when given to us. As pictured below, the pizza given to us is not at all in good condition. She did offer for us to come back for a pizza or a 50% refund which we declined both. Mostly due to her poor attitude. For the cost of food at Real Pizza customers should not have to continually deal with issues. The young lady on the phone told us “this restaurant is run by children.” Very inappropriate conversation with a customer.

I’ve been wanting to try this take out only pizza spot.
Located right next to a gas station, I wondered if it really could be as good as people say.
Well, as the saying goes, don’t judge a book by its cover.
And once again, it’s true!
I ordered a veggie pizza but added pepperoni on thin crust.
They were very busy and it was non-stop cars at the window. (There is a walk-up window, too)
I ordered ahead but still had to wait about 15 minutes for my pie.
It was worth it too!
I’m looking forward to trying some of their other menu items.

Ordered 4 pies after a football game, maybe it was because they were closing but Cheeseburger was really disappointing as well as the Buffalo.. just tasted like cheese. I think the cheese plain was better than all the other pies we ordered. $70 worth of pizza…

So disappointing . I worked 8 hours and called in a pizza and it was burnt and dry also normally I get garlic butter, not one in the box ☹️. The pizza was so over cooked the edges was burnt and the bacon wasn’t bits as usual , it was as if someone took a slice of bacon pulled a raw strip apart into half and threw it on the pizza, burnt ! . THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME . I love REAL PIZZA AT WREN ! I never opened the box until I got settled bc I was headed home from work.( I by passed pizza spots on my way home from work ) but i waited to get pizza from wren real pizza . That being said it was like 9:10 pm and they were already closed to take the pizza back .
NORMALLY this some very good pizza, So disappointing ☹️ . I was so hungry and had my mind and mouth set to dig into that box to enjoy my pizza . Again , I have been eating That pizza for YEARS back when it was the other owner and would recommend this spot to anyone bc they have ALWAYS had great food with awesome customer service through all the years . Not sure what happened here .

Our first time here , they have the best vegan pizza EVER! We’ll definitely be coming back! She was very hospitable and helpful! We also received a punch card and 5 bucks off next purchase!
