The drive thru line was horrible wait. 30 mins in total. Set at window and waited for 5 mins. No explanation or it will be a few. Basically tossed the bag to me and said nothing. Food was cold and barely out together. Fries was old. Not ever going back to this one.

I came in during the evening around 6 or 7 and the night manager was tearing off the employees heads in front of everyone. She was being really rude to them. Something needs to be done. Unacceptable, but other than that the food was great.

Honestly awful BK in my life . I ORDERED FOOD THRU APP 1 hour before , and I was late on 10 minutes even , and what do you think ? They didn’t start my order , I was waiting 20 more minutes to got my 2 burgers and 2 pack of nuggets ( 4 pieces each ) and 2 French fries. And they forgot to put French Fries inside after 1 hour and 20 minutes . My advise , if you value your time , don’t go to this BK . My foot never step inside this building anymore . It’s fast food ! FAST FOOD , PLEASE THINK ABOUT THIS 2 WORDS , before you start serve each person 1 hour , I’m not in fancy restraint. Manager don’t care what happening on his shift .
