My aunt ordered 6 chicken sandwiches for the family and all 6 had moldy buns. When she went back to return the food, they told her they would just swap the bread. She didn’t want chicken that had already touched moldy bread so she just got a refund instead. This is unacceptable & disgusting, do better.

It was 12:28am Friday 01/02/2026, before I got to the location I checked online hours and it says Drive thrue open till 2:00am, when I got to drive thrue employee told me they were close. What is going on with this restaurant? Please update online hours, or check what is going on with employees, because people talk and they said that employees close the restaurant and they are drinking beer instead of taking care of costumers.

Drive thru is the only downside of this location. Food is always fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. The drive thru is a bit rough and you will feel some bumps as you go. Not the employees fault at all but definitely needs to be addressed. Great place to grab a quick meal when you don’t feel up to cooking. The Bacon king burger is always great.

Parking lot is extremely dark at night the whole lot doesn’t have lights. Drive through is always slow.

Customer service was fine no issues there. My concern was the guy working the drive thru then handling food his finger nails were black and not wearing gloves this could possibly make someone sick

This Burger King has time and time again (too many to count) where we had missing items, incorrect items, COLD food and don’t get me started how much they screw up when you order through door dash. I now refuse to order there or eat there.

The guy who acts like a supervisor has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Ordered on app went to pick it up and he says it’s not paid after 15 min of waiting and asking what do I do then… he says call the app and walks away with a smirk on his face. I even asked for a manager and he says there not here. He refused to help at all! I told him i was not leaving until i got my food or money back. I even showed him it was taken out of my bank account. Then after all that and 30min later he says oh it just went though. This guy should NOT be working with customers with that attitude.
