I’ve never had an issue with this location until today. I expect it to be somewhat busy and to have a little bit of wait between 5pm-6/7pm, but this was ridiculous. Waited for 30 minutes from the time I pulled into the drive thru until I actually got my food. The nuggets and Impossible Whopper had clearly been sitting a while, you could tell from the texture and taste. Nuggets and fries were fairly cold. Didn’t even get the pie I ordered and paid for. Didn’t get straws even though we got two drinks. Service was slow and while they weren’t outright rude, they were definitely not polite or friendly. I felt rushed at the drive thru speaker even though the employees were clearly not in any kind of hurry/had no sense of urgency. DO NOT go to this location!

I actually had a pleasant experience. Melrose location is so horrible I had stopped going to Burger King. My daughter asked for something diff so I risked it. I was pleasantly surprised. The woman on the mic was super nice and professional. I was even ok with waiting for my freshly dropped fries. Sadly, they’re usually empty and I hope this changes things. My burger tasted as if it was fresh off the grill. My fish was actually crispy and wasn’t soggy from lettuce tomatoes and the heat. P.s those that do experience that just order your sandwich and ask for the lettuce and tomatoes on the side. It’s NOT their fault if by the time you pull over and eat it its a Lil soggy . The steam and water from both veggies will do that. Just ask for what you want and most places will get it right for you. I like my fish fried a little harder so I would make sure I have time to pull up for any special request. Great job BK glad to be back.

This was the most disappointing and miserable experience I have ever had at a Burger King. Customers came into the building for take in. Burger King would accept the order and payment. After that, they almost exclusively catered to the drive-in window. It took approximately 26 minutes waiting in an ever extending line after ordering for them to get to my food order. This was a case of the management wanting to keep the car lane moving while they already had the money for the folks inside and forced them to wait. I like generally the product, but this experience has given me many misgivings in returning to eat at the chain.

I just waited 15 minutes for a burger and fries. The people in the kitchen were working at a snails pace and could obviously care less that there were people waiting for their food. When someone came in that they knew the kitchen basically shut down while they visited. This is probably the nastiest BK I’ve been in, with the slowest service and the most useless (and gross looking) employees, most of which appear to have just gotten out of prison. I didn’t even eat what I ordered because I was so put off by watching them make the food. I tossed it in the trash on the way to the car and consider my wasted 15 minutes and $8 a lesson on where not to get a burger in Vinton.

This place is amazing but sometimes it can be slow at Times but I know they are heavily understaffed and as a worker for the fast food industry it’s difficult to do things in situations especially if you have only 2-4 workers in the back. There is a girl named Stephanie that made my day and the other staff that try their hearts out to push in orders to give to us,work with them please.

Went thru drive thru and no one spoke to take my order waited and still no nothing, i sed hello several times and no answers so i decided to go inside and order and there was like 5 to 6 people waiting and they took my order right away but i had to wait like 20 for my food. They had 2 workers and 1in charge and they all moved the same speed slow like they weren’t in any kind rush to give your food that you paid for and you get it everything soggy no salt on fries nothing tastes like it use to. Burger King has lost their touch its not what it use be.

We went here at 1st and was never greeted or acknowledged. We waited maybe 10 mins before we got upset and tired of waiting so we left. Understand the girl on the front was ready to go; but, instead of saying they will be with in a moment she just left.
