I came in to order breakfast on Thursday, February 12, 2026. I attempted to give the Team Leader (who took my order) my Burger King Royal Perks code so I could accumulate points as you’re suppose to give that to the cashier before placing your order. Team Leader acted like he didn’t know what I was doing. I then informed Team Leader that I would like the 2 for 5/6 (depending on where you’re at in the country) and he took my code. Once he hit the total he informed me it was $11.24. I was taken back on that. I asked since it was on the sign clearly displayed above him if that was correct or not. He the proceeded to say I said “I” wanted 2 single meat choice croissan’wich. I had to again informed him that’s not what was said. Long story short, the Team Leader rung it up correctly afterwards but throughout the transaction he didn’t attempt to provide quality customer service. I don’t live in this city so I don’t have to patronize this particular location but regardless, the team Leader can’t be acting like that.
Food was hot and hit the spot otherwise overall rating would be lower.
For this location when dealing with customers, DO BETTER!!

This place was horrible. The front area looked like the ice cream machine exploded (pic below). The manager was rude. We did not get our complete order and what we got was wrong. She also argued with my wife about getting a soda that we ordered. We were not given a receipt so when I complained to corporate, all they wanted was a receipt before they would do anything. So I guess that is a way to not get complaints, just do not give a receipt. I would avoid this place at all costs. Staff wanted to hang out more than work…

Absolutely disgusting and inedible food. Not only was my order made incorrectly, the food that was made correctly was inedible because of the quality of the food. The lettuce was brown, the tomato was yellow, the chicken was gray and soggy. The whopper had onion and mayo which was specifically ordered without. The fries was cold and stale. I will never order from here again which is a shame because I feel like one by one the quality of these restaurants are diminishing everyday. This is sickening and I’d hate to see where and how they store their food if this is the quality of it when they make a customers food.

They’re doing their best, but honestly mobile ordering and door dash have ruined the idea of FAST food. Standing in a restaurant and watching orders pile up on a shelf while you wait for 30+ minutes for your order sucks.
Burger King corporate or the franchise owner needs a system to figure this out and prioritize customers. These places are not designed and manned for unlimited orders.

Good chance you’ll sit in the drive through for 45 minutes to an hour even if they are not busy. Once you get past the speaker box you will be stuck and unable to leave. This has happened more than once. Do not trap yourself here. If you do an app order to you can not cancel. I would just stay away.

Every time I go to this location it’s a very long wait and the food still cold I never complain I just don’t like making things hard but today I went through the drive through my food was $15 I paid with $100 bill from the name on the receipt Kevon gave me my change the look on his face when he seen me count my change said a lot he gave me $65 so when I told him he didn’t give me my correct change he didn’t say anything he just had a dumb look on his face and went and got my $20(how did he even know how much was short) I’ve worked in retail and if your short you can sometimes end up unemployed for a mistake so the fact that he didn’t even try to verify lets me know a lot so please count your change this location has absolutely no structure I have a list of complaints but the money was it for me I will not return

Do not recommend this place at all. Went in and there was a couple of people in front of us. Customer asked if he could be taken care of. Employee got an attitude was cursing and just rude. Said we aren’t taken anymore orders right now. Left when a DoorDash person said he had been standing there waiting for 45 mins.

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the restaurant at the designated pickup time, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, 20 minutes later, I’m still waiting—and I’m writing this review while standing here, watching the chaos unfold.
It’s unclear who earned the three-star rating at this location, because the system that tells you when your food will be ready is clearly broken. If the app says “ready,” it should mean ready—not “wait indefinitely.” Several other customers have come in frustrated, reporting long waits in the drive-through for mobile orders as well. This isn’t just a one-off; it seems to be a pattern.
I understand that things can get busy, but if mobile ordering is offered, it should be reliable. Otherwise, it creates confusion, delays, and a poor experience for everyone involved. I hope management takes a closer look at how orders are processed and communicated—because right now, the system isn’t working.
It has now been 35 minutes still waiting and I’m hitting send on this review.
