Super disappointing experience, your service was so inconsiderate that you had us wait for fresh food but didn’t serve us our two large mango guava refreshers. We came to your location with high hopes and when you called the name “Taylor” to pickup our food we wished you a good night to no response. We were nothing but patient with the long wait times but the two employees working tonight disregarded us like we were nothing. If only I hadn’t tossed the receipt for $37! Then I could attach it with my complaint about the lack of customer service when we were ignored while trying to thank the staff, and were treated like an inconvenience. I recall mentioning two large mango guava refresher beverages multiple times. I get that you’re busy that’s why we were patient in the line, and patient while waiting for the fresh Beijing beef. But to shrug us off while thanking you and wishing you a good night and no follow through with our drinks meant we were halfway home with no desire to return and realized you left us empty handed was so unfair. I’m super pregnant and wanted to trust this location as I’m new to the area, but I’ll have to stick with franchises that actually fulfill their orders. Skip this place!!!

Despite being Chinese-American, I love Panda Express! Sometimes you just crave super Americanized Chinese food, you know?
This was my first time at this particular location and first time ordering bigger plates (I usually do the family meal). I submitted an online order for two bigger plates plus redeemed a birthday reward for a free small entree. I was very disappointed in what I received (wish I took pictures but my kids were starving). Both boxes were under-filled (they even skimped on the veggies, which was one of my selected sides), plus they forgot one of my entrees (received only 2 small entree boxes instead of 3) and only got 2 out of the 3 fortune cookies that was listed on the receipt. Girl checking me out also didn’t notice. Attention to detail is really lacking at this store, along with pathetic portion sizes. I will not support this store again.

Ordered online and got it delivered.Everything was good and we got everything we asked for and delivery driver was quick no issues.(just wish we had more to tip out )

I asked for chow meins but the employee gave me all celery and cabbage, very little chow meins or even no chow meins at all. I asked for a plate. most of it was celery and cabbage! In the photos I provided, I only ate the side dishes, and you could hardly see the noodles in the chow meins part! I also picked out half of celery and put it aside because I don’t like to eat it, but it was still a lot! The part of the chow meins in the photo is what I haven’t eaten yet. You can probably see that before I even started eating that part, there is only a little chow meins to be seen.

Ordering online is a waste of time. Did an online order. When We got there, order wasn’t ready. Three families came in and got their food. Only after those families were feed, did they start putting our order together. Worst part is, We get home and they forgot one of the side entree’s with one of the meals. Horrible service, food was good, with what they remembered.

Stood in line for 15 minutes and didn’t even get to order anything for my lunch break. Apparently DoorDash gets first priority, while everyone in line has to wait for the 1 slow person is doing anything.

Food is good, similar to other Panda Express stores. Couldn’t find a clean table. Staff was dull and unwelcoming. Outdoor seating was good. Shout out to Honey walnut shrimp

Great food, Hot and fresh. Unfortunately the service was lacking. Both servers behaved as if they really don’t want to be there. Mostly ignoring costumers, and making as little effort as possible to interact. Outside the inappropriate servers I would still recommend eating here. Just expect a cold shoulder from your servers.
