To whom it may concern,
I’m writing this review to highlight great customer service from this team. I come here to dine in with my family and grabbed take out countless times and go any longer with out a review.
Delmy and her team let me have it my way, let me elaborate. My kids love BK like me but enjoys a red box(catch my drift). During the time of the Spongebob movie event, Delmy always kept my kids smile from ear to ear with the event boxes. When would dine in she would bring my kids there food in a jolly way that would make my kids excited beyond measure.
The team, when slow would come from behind the counter and ask if we needed refills, when we could obtain them ourselves. this level of service needs to be compensated in someway shape or form. Thank you Delmy and staff for all that you do. I hope this review lets you know you all are appreciated.
Last but not least thanks for working in the ice storm all there stores were empty but you all still made sure my family had a meal! Thanks from the bottom of my heart.

Edit: I left my review too soon and see exactly why reviews are low. Do not go at night. I’ve been to the location quite a few times but only really eat bk for breakfast. I came at night and this team is a mess. Got to the speaker and the lady was abrupt and fairly rude followed by laughter in the back. It’s almost 9pm so chalked it up to being tired. Ordered and they do not repeat the order or give the total. Got to the window and my small chicken sandwich meal was somehow $12. Irritated but payed. She then proceeds to hand me a giant drink at which point I repeated I ordered small and she responds “oh well I charge you large.” I again state I asked for small and she repeats she charged a large and stares at me. Initially I take the drink, obviously upset, then decide to say something. After a few glances and laughs from other staff, she returns to the window and I tell her I want the difference refunded and the order I requested as this was mostly going to be trashed. She asks for the drink back and hands me a small drink from the next order (not the correct drink ordered) grabs the fries out the bag and processes the difference. Her demeanor the entire time was off-putting. Though I understand how it feels to work fast food, you have zero right to take your frustrations out on a customer that did nothing.
I know reviews for large chains don’t matter but I wanted to note how friendly the staff is here! I typically cannot stand most FF chains but this specific location is the best one in Fredericksburg. I have never come here and been disappointed, speaking to both my orders and the staff.

This place is always clean and rarely do I have to wait more than two minutes.
I love it that I can go to this Burger King because I only will eat a whopper, and it is always served hot, fresh and I would say with perfectly arranged condiments , which is a pet peeve for me .

I got food poisoning for 2 days. Had to wait for 30 minutes for my food and there was no line. The service is kind nice. But never good there please.

This is by far my favorite Burger King in the Fredericksburg area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I stopped by for a quick lunch. I ordered the double bacon and cheese whopper meal and my food was delivered fresh, hot and delicious. I will definitely return when I need it MY WAY.

This is by far the best burger King I’ve ever tried. I got a bacon king and it was great!! The cheese was also melted which never happens at any burger king. Also had a original chicken sandwich and it was also delicious and fresh. Keep up the great work at this location!! See you next time

Aside from the orders being wrong, this location just doesnt meet expectations. Dont go to this location if you dont want to throw away your cup thinkin they’ll have what you want. Especially if you have acid reflex.

Updated edit: while this location is super convenient sitting at the drive-through speaker box for five minutes is a problem ordering something and getting something completely different than you ordered a.k.a. not listening to the customer. I don’t think that I can get anything right when I come to this location, something is always wrong Just listen to your customers

Food is okay the tables and soda machine always seems to be dirty every time I visit they sure can do a better job cleaning and wiping down surfaces one a customer is done.
