Worst Burger King at18234 Maugans Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21740 I have ever been to. They turn off their sign at or before 21:30 hours. Have all the stools on top of tables so you can’t use them. Dim the dining area lights to look closed so no one will stop by and keep them working. What a sorry crew. I’ve been watching for several months now. Poor management! If you pull through the Drive Thru, it’s not “Hi or Welcome”. It’s “What can I Get You”. I’ve been in Burger Kings in 26 states and this one is the absolute worst.

Obviously there are not workers or some not doing their job. Waited in line at drive through her tired since no cars moving. So went inside the poor girl trying to put orders together and wait on customers was shameful. No napkins in bag but understandable since the girl was under so much stress trying to do the job if a couple of people. She deserves a reward.

Eveytime I get a burger from this location it’s never fully cooked. Pink burger is disgusting to me. And both burgers I just got are half raw. And the fries taste like they were cooked in 2 year old grease. Very disappointed!!!

Everything was clean. Service was lacking because one burger was made incorrectly, necessitating returning it to the counter. The replacement burger was also made incorrectly with a different problem. At least the food was a proper temperature. The fries were better than McDonald’s or Wendy’s because they weren’t over salted and flat without potato in them. The Coke Zero had an odd flavor but was drinkable.
