Had the 2 Whopper meal. It was almost closing time. The Whoppers were cold including the beef patties, fries were warm. Mozzarella sticks were cold in the center and not melted like normal

Literally disgusting. They don’t wear gloves and literally touch your fries and onion rings with their bare hands it’s disgusting. And the manager just walks around clueless. Like she took my money and turned around and grabbed frites bare handed!!!

We do love us some Burger King. And the food there is pretty good most times. On occasion when they aren’t super busy, you’ll get leftover fries which taste nasty but don’t bother asking for new ones or fresh ones bc the higher level employees / managers can be unbelievably snarky. They act as if it’s too much to ask for fresh hot food. It’s a darn shame. The people who used to work there were much nicer, significantly and acted as if they were happy you’d come to dine there. But not these folks. There are some employees there who are awesome, don’t get me wrong. But they are few and far between and they are significantly overshadowed by the ones who aren’t. The tables are clean about 70% of the time, the other 30% of the time they need to be wiped down, unfortunately but no one seemingly ever does it. This place has a nice hometown feel and a lot of people i know used to frequent there weekly. Haven’t seen them in a while, not sure if they still make it in or have decided to meet somewhere else. I just wish it would be more like it was 5 years ago. Great service all day every day back then. Bring back the old BK style please.

The place was average cleanliness, but the people at the counter were friendly. The sandwich was very good. Unfortunately half of the drink dispenser was not working and listed as out of service. There was no Coca-Cola available which is what I prefer. I ended up getting the root beer.
