I asked him if I could do a split payment because I wanted to use my VISA gift card. He kept saying it’s not a subway gift card so they can not use it (i had used that card as a visa 3 days ago there). I tried explaining you have to run it as a visa he just told me NO SUBWAY will accept it. I went to the subway on North Ave and Bloomingdale rd and they were gladly able to use my Visa gift card for a split transaction.

Good food , bread was fresh , it’s hard to find subway with fresh bread , so after they bake your sandwich it doesn’t taste like cardboard . Keep up the good job

The employee who works here said that they only do ham and salami for our coupon when it clearly states that we can get any 6-inch sub, oh and by the way they didn’t toast our sandwiches when we clearly restated it to be toasted, maybe out of spite? Also there is a leak from the bathroom all the way to the front door so beware, do not bring your elderly or children in the store if you do not want incompetence to be the cause of an accident.

Do not go on Monday, there is only one worker. It’s terrible for people trying to get in quickly, because even the express orders can’t be done on time. All this is such a shame because this is one of the only good subways left in the area. Owners must be living a good life on Monday while their one employees is sweating in there.

If you want to be rushed out of the store, go here. Listing says closes at 10pm, and by 845, you’re being rushed out as they turn the lights off before you even leave . Then tell you 10 pm is for online orders only…..OK then why are you turning off the lights at 845pm . Very odd behavior to say the least . Worker was more focused on getting us out of there . Couldn’t even cut my footlong sandwiches . Not welcoming at all. Wasn’t allowed to sit and eat. At least the food was ok . Only highlight of my visit was the food.

Miss the old owner. This subway has a metal shield hiding the food. So, you can’t see how old or how much they are putting on the sandwich. Never seen the glass view of the food blocked at any deli OR any subway. The guys middle eastern accent so strong he had no idea what I was saying , and I had no idea what he was saying to me. Never will eat here again. Explain why the food is blocked from customer vision now. don’t trust them now.

Worker tried to tell me a couple of sandwiches I could get with my coupon. I told him no that’s not true the coupon tells me the only ones that are excluded. He rolled his eyes. Then he didn’t even listen to the sandwiches my kids wanted. He kept putting cheese on the sandwiches that were not suppose to have cheese and then just assumed which cheese we wanted on the others. The sandwiches were barely toasted and was cold. Will not eat here again.

The guy who was making my sandwich was not well-trained he was very rude to the customer. The sandwich that he made was so soggy no proper veggies and the meat was added. I really recommend others not buy any sandwiches from this place.
