Dirty restaurant everything not clean and plus Horrible horrible customer service the girl with the green hair at the window gives the worst service ever, even while i was ordering before any problems. Then i got the patties super dry the buns are not fresh or left at the air for so long! All of that and i found a hair in the sandwich!! And when i got back complaining and show her the hair she was and tell her my concerns she was like the man is behind by himself! The funny the i was the only one on the drive thru and no one was inside the restaurant and she refused to remake it and just refunded the money, on my way out some other guy offered to remake them and do things right. But I don’t recommend anyone to get anything from there the place is not clean at all i regret that i even ate what the guy remade.

The only complaint is when using their app while in the drive thru (only at this site). The code doesn’t come up when the item is selected. So when trying to redo. You miss out on the reward because a message comes up saying code use. The second time this happened at this site. And the manager didn’t do anything about it

I’m really not sure how to describe my experience with this location… I ordered nuggets and when I got back to my house I discovered that there was a full cup of grease in my bag? Never seen anything like this before… tried calling to ask about it but they were closed…

Extremely poor experience from the manager. I was there to pick up a delivery order. The pickup time was 754pm, and I was there in the store at 752. After waiting at the counter for two minutes with no employees in sight, other customers walked in. I was finally able to see an employee and ask them if anybody was working the counter, and they said to hold on. Finally, a woman who was holding her cell phone and on FaceTime the entire time I was there, asked what I needed. I told her I was picking up an order, she got the drink for it then just started complaining to the person she was on FaceTime with that the doors should have been locked and there shouldn’t be customers in the store. She was also extremely rude to the other customers, saying to them, “are you ordering something?” with so much attitude I’m amazed they didn’t walk out. After waiting a few minutes for the food that was already supposed to be ready, I asked her politely if she knew how much longer it would be, as I had other orders to pickup. She ignored me, and continued to complain about customers to the person on her phone. She was also making food while holding her phone in one hand. She disappeared while taking the other customers order, which I only found out when I went to leave was that she had locked the doors, with customers inside. I then had to go back to her and wait for her to unlock the doors. Before I left, I asked if she was the manager, and she said she was. How burger king can let somebody that handles things and treats customers like that be a manager is beyond me. There were two other employees in the kitchen, and they didn’t seem concerned by what she was doing, so this must be normal.

I went through the drive thru and got a whopper with cheese. It had huge sliced onions that were inedible and there were pickles and tomatoes on the outside of the bun. It was soggy and very salty. Worst Burger King I’ve ever been to, even though the ladies in the window were super polite and professional.

Horrible customer service in dining room. Girl with long pink braids and fake eye lashes is nasty. She should be cleaning the bathrooms and parking lot… not working a register or dealing with any customers.

Please get the burger customizations correct. When a customer orders no mayonnaise and no onions, that’s what should be received, especially if there are dietary restrictions such as being vegan or not wanting to consume dairy. Only a few locations I go to get this right. It’s like they don’t want to take the time out to do the work to customize the order. So disappointing.
