A few weeks ago, I purchased a “limited time” SpnogeBob’s Krabby Whopper ($7.52 – including state sales tax) for a quick bite. Initially, this light-yellow squared-off bun looked super cool, but did not taste any different, compared to its regular Whopper sandwich (what a rip-off!). I was thinking of getting those “Mr. Krab’s Cheesy Bacon Tots” and “Patrick’s Star-berry Shortcake Pie”, but in the end, I decided not to.

Honestly first time going to this location but defenetly the last , got a crunch supreme that literally came apart in my hand not to mention how dry the chicken was. Also had a Texas burger , overcooked burgers and dry and just drenched in grease .

This location is terrible. I love onion rings and order them but I’d get rung up for fries EVERY time. I know new employees come in and out but they have a onion ring button and there is no excuse for this to happen each time. Also I was accused of throwing fries when I clearly did not. The fries were neatly in the box. Just because I was a bit aggravated it doesn’t mean I should be accused of stuff and I was not being violent or using language. I am still a customer. Not interested in using this BK anymore.

We receive the worst service that you could imagine from the young lady that was working at this Burger King at the Towson town center mall. She was working alone and there was a line of people waiting to order and also to receive their orders. We waited over 30 minutes to get our order and the food was cold. I asked her could we please have fresh hot food she told me to wait I waited 20 minutes while she waited on other customers and refused to give me fresh hot food. She was very disrespectful and indignant. She claimed that she would give me a refund after waiting another 20 minutes. The service from this person is horrible and when I asked for her manager she refused to give out any information and when you call she will tell you that she is the manager and then hang up on you

Worst customer service I’ve had in years. Employees weren’t properly wearing masks, didn’t make eye contact, didn’t even ask what drink I wanted with my meal or size meal, and kept trying to prematurely ring me up and make me leave. Hire some decent employees who actually wanna work. Thanks for introducing me to Sarku instead letting of going through a meal they probably wouldn’t have made right anyways.

Towson Town Center has the worst food court of any nice mall I have ever been to, and the shining star in the crown of mediocrity is the burger king. I don’t know why I even try to eat there when it is always so incredibly unsatisfying and woefully overpriced. It’s like eating at a movie theater, where you pay $12 for a “value meal” and really it’s just the same thing you could’ve gotten at McDonald’s for $5 and it would’ve tasted better. The last time I went there the staff were talking to each other, while I was ordering, my fries were cold, and my burger was just alright. I get that it’s burger king so again, expectations are not set at a high level, but at least give me hot overpriced junk food. And interact with me while I am in front of you. Trust me I am going to leave in 2 minutes and you can go back to your conversation. It might not be your dream job, but someone is still paying you to do it, and I am paying you for those cold, oversalted fries. Towson should really step up it’s food court game. You have a Louis Vuitton store for cripe’s sake.
