Never disappoints! My husband has been out of the country on business for 2 weeks and usually when he gets back, pizza (and many times your amazing chicken!) always sounds good. Gioninos always delivers (literally) with fresh, hot, delicious pizza. Friendly employees and always on time. Highly recommend!

My family was in town visiting and decided to get Gioninos because they have always been great. However, tonight we were treated very poorly. I called around 8:40 pm to ask if there were any specials. I was advised of the family feast. I told them that I would speak with my family to see exactly what everyone wanted and I would call back in about five minutes. She stated that the fryer would be shut off at 9 pm. I reassured that I would call within 5 minutes. My family decided we were not going to order chicken to inconvenience them. I called back within five minutes and the phone just rang each time. I called private and she heard my voice and placed me on an extremely long hold. We decided to go in because it was just down the street. We walked in and started to order even though she clearly didn’t want us to. We stated that we would like to use the coupon for the 1 topping large pizza and that we would like 3. She stated that she would only honor it for one pizza. The coupon doesn’t state this and we have used it lots of times this way. We decided we would just leave because she was rude and laughed. I have never been treated like this at ANY location. She really needs training in customer service. We went over to Pizza Hut and was treated very well.

Good pizza, good location. Not thrilled with no tables to eat at but i do understand the reasoning. If you have a hankering for pizza in the area I would recommend this place.

Family feast was awesome. Some of the best tasting chicken we have had. The only downfall is this facility charges 82 $ processing fee on your credit or debit card without telling you. Granted, there is a charge to them for excepting a credit card, but this is part of doing business and not very friendly.

I asked for 4 pizzas on a short time frame. When I went to pick them up pizzas were ready when I arrived. Kudos to them making me 4 pizzas on a moments notice. Oh and by the way the pizza was excellent.

Some of the vet pizza in town. I don’t think I have ordered something here that has disappointed me. All the specials are great and they rotate through a couple that are pretty darn good. I highly recommend trying something new when you order from here. The parking is kinda crazy when it snows a ton so be careful in the winter. The staff is always friendly and the online order is painless. You can also call in if you need to.

We had this coupon from a fundraiser we supported and ordered 2 speciality pizzas, but were told it doesn’t apply to a second speciality pizza, but only to a one topping pizza. The coupon literally says Any Pizza and it is underlined for emphasis. We wish these restrictions would have been more clear.

This pizza (Mediterranean) was phenomenal. I didn’t care for the customer service, wasn’t friendly. This was my first time here from the south side of New Phila. I will return because the pizza was out of this world. Not so much for the customer service. Ask customers if it’s their first time, cater to them.
