We live in the area so we have been here a number of times and every time there is always a mistake with our order. Last night, however, our entire meal was wrong. We were missing an entire meal, and the second meal we got was a completely different sandwich. The only thing that was right was our drink order.

Had breakfast here this morning around 9:30 am. Good and fast Service through the drive thru. The Grandchildren enjoyed their sandwiches. The tater tots were hot and fresh, which made them very tasty. Had a Cherry Icee which was also reasonably priced. Good service also.

From the moment I pulled up I should have drove away. At the menu board I was acknowledge by a rude what can I get you, I was caught off guard by the greeting so I did not respond immediately so he repeated the same rude what can I get you. Placed my ordered waited at the window once my food was completed then he came to the window and took payment. Then instead of giving my drink stopped and took another order and kept me waiting. Once I got to my destination about a half mileup the road. I opened my food and the fries were awful like sitting in a warmer for a really long time would be my guess. Then my chicken sandwich was chicken and bun nothing else not what I ordered at all. Terrible service and food.

5/27/23 approximately between 2:00- 2:30 PM This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! The manager decided to count the drawer while we waited to order, even though my husband was there before he started. Another employee asked would he help us and he said wait a few minutes and then proceeded to walk in the back of the store.

Went to the Burger King in Solomons Island MD. I ordered the 2 for $5.00 sausage, egg, and cheese croissant deal to-go. I received my order and got back on the road. My first sandwich was missing the egg. Not that big of a deal as everyone misses stuff sometimes. Then my second sandwich was missing the egg and cheese. I am very disappointed in Burger King. I have already sworn off the new restaurant in Prince Frederick after my third trip there was like the first two and wrong. Not even close. What is going on with your franchise? Not happy at all.
