In there and ordered food without enough money would it be an issue? The driver through worker said yes. So why is it any different? I want my change without lipping off at me. I would go here 2 times a week for my kids. Now I will take them elsewhere! Do better Burger King with hiring staff. This is the Solomon’s Maryland location.

From the moment I pulled up I should have drove away. At the menu board I was acknowledge by a rude what can I get you, I was caught off guard by the greeting so I did not respond immediately so he repeated the same rude what can I get you. Placed my ordered waited at the window once my food was completed then he came to the window and took payment. Then instead of giving my drink stopped and took another order and kept me waiting. Once I got to my destination about a half mileup the road. I opened my food and the fries were awful like sitting in a warmer for a really long time would be my guess. Then my chicken sandwich was chicken and bun nothing else not what I ordered at all. Terrible service and food.

We stopped at this Burger King in mid December while driving back from Southern MD. Firstly, the food was AWESOME! It did not disappoint. I asked for fresh fries and the staff was happy to provide them for us…and they were delicious!! We were waited on very quickly after arriving and our food was ready within just a couple of minutes. Everyone there was so friendly and they were clearly working hard to get orders filled quickly. The parking lot was clean and provided plenty of parking. Restrooms were also neat and tidy, and very clean. We will definitely stop here again next time we’re back in town.

The GM is lovely- However, I wouldn’t say the same towards the assistant manager. All I can say is quite unprofessional and if you truly want fast food go to McD’s instead ♀️

The person taking our order managed to forget an entire meal in our order and we only ordered two orders. How hard is it to take an order?? He was mumbling the entire time taking our order and was just slow the whole time and yet still managed to miss an entire meal, put cheese on a burger when we specifically said not to, and forgot our sauce. Mind you he literally said “yeah you can do that” when we said no cheese on the burger. so again. how do you miss that.

DO NOT COME HERE. Drive thru orders takes an average time of 20mins!! One time i had to wait 30 minutes!! They always forget at least one of the orders. I thought the mistakes are one time events but no! They have been consistent on TERRIBLE SLOW SERVICE. It’s supposed to be fast food!

Went through the drive through and they said the were waiting on fries could I drive to the front. Waited 5 min . I decided to eat inside. Food already paid for. How can we help you. I am waiting on my food/fries. We have to drop fries. They should had made meal over but gave extra fries. It was not worth 30.00.
