The frozen drinks machine is ALWAYS down here!!! This is ridiculous. Just save yourself sometime and go across the street to McDonald’s where their machines are always working.
Months later, I revisited this location and pulled in the drive thru and no one acknowledged me at the menu speaker board. I stated “hello” several times and even blew my horn but no one said a word. I backed out and pulled into the next drive thru lane when someone finally acknowledged my presence…smh.
Follow up, this location has drastically improved with the availability of their frozen drinks during my past visits over the last few months. I am changing my review from two stars to four. As far as the atmosphere goes it’s not bad except that the drive thru trash can is a great addition to customer service but it seems to always be full.

This Burger King, situated at the intersection of Bryans Rd and Indian Head Highway is #1 when it comes to Customer Service, Friendliness and Cleanliness! Even when this place is packed with customers, service is given with a smile and is expeditious. Today, I decided to try the Impossible Whopper along with a regular Whopper on the 2 for $6 menu. Not a fan of too much bread nowadays so I just at the patties and the toppings. The Impossible Whopper had a nice flavor. However, it was a bit dry to me. Will I try it again? Maybe. Will I visit this location again? I Most certainly will!!!

All I wanted was two Hershey Sundae pies. They said they were not taking orders because their system was down. Booo!!! Do better Burger King. I had to go to McDonald’s across the street and get two apple pies. Not the same. Thank you McDonald’s.

I just can’t explain. Sometimes people just need to be educated.
1. Order at drive-thru & it was wrong.
2. Asked for supervisor & she wasn’t smart (“you’re allergic to ketchup base products. Well, tomatoes aren’t ketchup”).
3. She personal took my food to remake and proceeded to leave it on the counter and help someone else.
4. After a few mins she remade it just to add tomatoes “No Tomatoes”
She remade my food two to three more times cause she couldn’t read it correctly and couldn’t understand tomatoes are in the ketchup family. No Tomatoes
However, I’m persistent so like Kevin Hart said “you’re gonna learn today”. Now go and remake my food again. I’m watching this time. Once I got the right order she thought I was going to take those cold fries. Customer service wasn’t one of the supervisors strong points. Wish I got the name of cashier cause she had better customer service skills while the co-workers whispered and looked from the window area of the drive-thru. SMH
Lesson for the day avoid this Burger King

Worst BK I have ever been in. Handycap parking is in back of restraunt, side doors were locked and handycaped people have to walk around the building through the parking lot to get to the front door. Server was very rude. Bathroom was VERY dirty and smelled of urine and it was like walking through puddles of urine in there. My advice is to AVOID this place.

I haven’t had burger king in a long time and the other day I was so disappointed. I got the Big King XL. Burger was not DONE to me! These pictures don’t even do it justice. The video I have is better. Will never eat here again.

6/17/2025 10pm. Just close this store for the love of God! Most inconsistent quality of food! If I was a stray cat, I would not eat out their dumpster. Cold, nasty food. No pride in service! I’ve tried for the last time with them. Was thinking of giving the food to my dog, but don’t want her to suffer. Close or revamp the store.

Just got home with my food and it has little to no toppings on the burger. If you’re out of something you should let ppl know so they can opt for something else. I basically paid $12 for a dry burger. And then when you call to complain, it goes straight to voicemail with a full inbox.
