There was a lot of fresh food, especially warm russian bread!

Today I had a rude encounter with a cashier named Grigory from Moscow.
Unlike other staff members, he refused to help bag my items, saying, “I don’t get paid for that,” and simply didn’t do it. I politely asked him multiple times for an extra plastic bag for some rolls — he only gave it to me after asking twice. I then asked if he could at least place the cheese sticks in a bag, which he eventually did, and I thanked him for it.
To my surprise, he then told me he was going to cancel my order and told me to leave the register. I was in a rush and had only asked for minimal help. His behavior was extremely rude and completely uncalled for.
I hope management addresses this issue with the employee. I’ve been a regular customer, but after this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping here.

I hope your management looks into this matter seriously and takes appropriate steps to prevent this kind of behavior in the future.
