Passing by and need some quick grab and go fast food. Nice location. Conveniently located next to a gas station. Friendly employees. Clean restrooms, plenty of tables, no issues with food

Food was good and hot this visit. However, the drive thru can be very slow. Improvement is needed for drive thru waiting times. They also have a habit of passing the food to customers WITHOUT any napkins, straws or condiments. Please take time to ask customers if they want condiments. Napkins should ALWAYS be provided! Staff was kind during my visit though.

The issue is the employees don’t understand the importance of “fast” in fast food. They move to the beat of their own drum (specifically the older lady who works the morning shift). I left home 10 minutes early to stop at Burger King and get breakfast. There were only 2 cars in front of me. I had to exit the drive thru line because I was at the 10 minute mark and the person in the car in front of me still didn’t get their food. The car behind me even exited the drive thru. Please work on speed. This is one of the reasons why the McDonald’s across the street gets more foot traffic in the morning. Very disappointed.

The hamburgers are good and the service is prompt. The French fries are okay by my standards. They could be fried about a minute more to have a crisp exterior and fluffy potato interior. On this visit some of the French fries were a little too firm with some of them having a crisp exterior but firm potato interior.

This Burger King, situated at the intersection of Bryans Rd and Indian Head Highway is #1 when it comes to Customer Service, Friendliness and Cleanliness! Even when this place is packed with customers, service is given with a smile and is expeditious. Today, I decided to try the Impossible Whopper along with a regular Whopper on the 2 for $6 menu. Not a fan of too much bread nowadays so I just at the patties and the toppings. The Impossible Whopper had a nice flavor. However, it was a bit dry to me. Will I try it again? Maybe. Will I visit this location again? I Most certainly will!!!

Staff unmotivated. I love BK because I know it’s beef and fresh vegetables. BK needs an overhaul… colors scheme, motto, slogan, marketing. My 1st burger EVER Whopper Jr. I love the place but it seems to declining. It’s iconic for me being a 60’s baby to watch BK diminish.

I haven’t had burger king in a long time and the other day I was so disappointed. I got the Big King XL. Burger was not DONE to me! These pictures don’t even do it justice. The video I have is better. Will never eat here again.
